Wingstop

My experience here was OK. I feel like all Wingstop locations take forever (unless you call in and order in advance). Food took about 15 – 20 minutes but once I received my order, my tummy was pleased!
This location is really clean so that’s a plus for me. Also, soda machine is really cool but it’s missing a lot of soda options/​flavors… :-(

I ordered online at 1:30pm to have it ready and picked up by 3:15. Showed up 5 minutes early expecting to pick it up no later than five minutes after my pick up time. I stretched to a 15 minute wait until I had said something. I figured they’re backed up… alright I understand. But cashier was running back and forth trying to figure out what went wrong. She knew she lost the ticket but did not want to admit it to the manager nor to me. I’m standing there waiting for an answer, tell me whether I have to wait longer or would I get a refund, anything. No, ignored me because she was too afraid to admit she lost the ticket. It’s not okay to ignore the customer when you know you did wrong. Admit it, and I would let it slide. It would’ve been an honest mistake. Now I’m not happy that I’m waiting when I ordered online to have it be picked up on time, being ignored, watching all these customers that has came in after me get their food. It was as if I had walked in and ordered. Made me wait 25 minutes.

I’ve been coming here a few years and tonight decided to start going to the Wingstop on Royal and Central Expressway. I ordered lemon pepper classic wings and they tasted like plain fried wings. This location is a franchise and the Royal Lane location is corporate. I am going to start going to the corporate for better tasting wings.

I generally don’t like chain restaurants much, but wingstop is so convenient and delicious we visit once and awhile for an easy take out dinner. Generally ordering is easy and wings and fries are cooked perfectly. However this last time we ordered online ordering didn’t work, we had to wait on the order and the fries were over cooked.
Generally we have the same order regular hot wings, boneless lemon pepper wings, large fry with cheese sauce and an order of veggie sticks when we need a veggie. I do wish they had salads for sides. The fries are so addicting, especially with the cheese sauce. The sweet and salty is a perfect mix. I love the lemon pepper wings, The pizza guy actually has better lemon pepper wings, but this is only place with good boneless ones which I prefer. Most of the other flavors we have tried though we have been generally unimpressed with.

Now this is a chain restaurant so wings are same as other locations. But there’s one special thing about this Wingstop is that here I’ve most of the times found people instead of saying no, they help the customers. My review is dedicated to the girl who works night shifts on Mondays. I dropped by at 11:25 and requested her I wanted wings asap. She was really sweet and with a smile completed my order in 4 minutes only. I wish I would have seen her name. But this one’s for you. You go girl!

The BEST lemon pepper wings on this side of Richardson!!! I put my money on it!
Customer service can use some improvements but its not horrible.

Really this place is a hit or miss. Sometimes the wings will barely have any sauce and other times the lemon pepper is just drowned in the seasoning… which makes it too sour to eat. This place use to be so good but it’s changed over the past year. Sometimes, yes, the meat is «old and dry and stringy» like the review Diner A. made.
The staff here isn’t very pleasant either. They barely welcome you with a greeting. It’s more like they click their tongue and say, «you ready to order yet or nah?»
Nah. Not again.

Good food. But management is slow to resolve payment issues. Patricia the night manager gave me an attitude right in front of staff and customers when trying to explain to her I was charged double for an order I placed online 2 weeks ago and rudely telling me «what you want me to do !! «I explained to her the situation and she said she can’t give me a refund, however she stated all she can do is credit me a family pack. overall my experience at this particular location (Arapaho and Coit) was less than professional.

Drove by and decided to stop even though it’s not the wingstop we normally go to. I was happy we did. The staff was super friendly, the restaurant was clean, they also have one of those cool touchscreen fountain soda pop machines with a billion drink choices. The wings took the normal 22 min to come out but since they are fresh and made when you order them you really can’t complain. The fries were also good, I like the salt/​sugar mix. I always get the bone in BBQ wings and they don’t disappoint.

Ordered teriaki wings. Ordered over the phone for pick up. Food was good and ready on time. The soda machine they have is touch screen and pretty neat. Will order from this location again.

Ordered online. Wings were ready when they said they would be per my email. Our order was accurate and hot and service was great. We will be back!

Wings are okay, fries are delicious. The soda machine has many different kinds of drinks. It’s a new machine. Wings take too long to get. Usually a 20 – 25 minutes wait.

I see previous reviewers had not-​so-​great experiences, but my trips have been excellent!
I usually pick up my order. On my first visit, the staff greeted me right away and was patient as I decided on flavors. There is a wait but they are cooking fresh wings.
They were so good! Not too small and seasoned just right.
Each visit after, I have called in my order and have not had any problems; just hot & fresh wings. Oh and the fries are good too! I have been to other locations that served the worst fries ever but they are just right at this location.

The food here is fine. Restaurant is nice, clean, etc.
The ordering process on the other hand, is wheels off. We always go out on Monday nights and rotate which family member picks which restaurant. One of my boys always picks Wing Stop. As we have four members in our family, we’ve been to Wing Stop the past three months, and each time, they have screwed up our order. Granted ordering from Wing Stop isn’t the easiest proposition. Especially when you call your order in ahead (which is what we usually do so we don’t have to wait as long.) But to do that, and then only get part of your order, because they screwed up is maddening. Which again, is what has happened the last three times we’ve eaten there.

The staff is so lazy and charge me more money on my online order when I pay in store, they are not supposed to work here

Did not like this location at all. The staff sucks and it was like crazy in there. We ordered a simple 20 piece order and our fries came out like 10 minutes after our food and I had 2 ask twice for them. And when they brought them out they were cold. Not happy:-(

Much cheaper then Buffalo Wild Wings but just as flavorful and they always have some deal going on. Whenever I am in the mood for some, this is the place to go to in Richardson. Staff is friendly and there is never a line here when I show up, so that is a plus!

I have always liked Wingstop simply cuz of their seasoning flavors. I love lemon pepper and their bbq and of course, I don’t eat there very often so it always tastes really good. Anyway, I ordered 75 wings, a large fry, and ranch for a $ 50. Yep – you have to pay for the ranch and if you want celery and carrots separately. Seems ridiculous to me. I’m sure it’s always been that way, but I didn’t pay attention until this time.
Anyway, even though their seasonings are good, their wings are a lot smaller and crunchier than most places. I wish this place were a little bit cheaper.
