I’m a 40 something year old guy who hadn’t had a Wendy’s burger for almost 20 years until recently. I picked up a single here 2 weeks ago and went back yesterday just to see if my positive experience was a fluke or the real thing. Let me just say I came away impressed. Wendy’s has upped their game. The burger looked appealing: big & fluffy with a large patty. Definitely not squished flat like so many fast food burgers, this burger looked like the pictures of burgers you see on the menus but never get in real life. It was just as tasty as I remembered, but with seemingly fresher ingredients like a crisp purple onion. I went through the drive through and each time, the kids working the windows were friendly, smiling, and quick. Such a pleasant change from most minimum wage type workers who would rather look at their phones than do their job. I have no idea if my experiences are indicative of all Wendy’s or just this one, but kudos to the staff here. I’ll be back as often as my cholesterol allows.

I’ve been coming to this Wendy’s on and off for the last 5 – 6 years. It’s on the way to work and when I don’t have time to sit down and eat, this is where I go. Nothing really special about this location. The main thing I don’t like is the actual location. If you want to go north on Plano, you have to cross all of the southbound traffic to get to the turn lane and make a U-turn. Pretty inconvenient. But if you’re going to go south or west, easy enough. Service is always speedy and courteous. Food is always fresh and served the right temperature. No complaints.
