On a cold blustery day the only thing that sounded good was Taco Bell!
So close. So CLEAN. SUCH VALUE!
Order was ready in less than two minutes and it was hot and well seasoned. I love the Taco’s here because unlike many places they are full of meat and cheese!
Many thanks to manger Joy! Such a loving and welcoming young lady. Because of Joy even at 1:30 PM this place was still packed!

I would give no stars if the website would allow. Everytime I come to this location the staff have an attitude, especially the manager. She lies about the register being slow and never gives the customer their receipts. I don’t care how close this place is to my job, I for sure won’t be giving them my money again

This Taco Bell has been a staple of my life for the past 4 years. The staff is extremely jovial and excited to be working at their local taco bell. There is this one fellow, his name eludes me, that always wears a colorful bow-​tie with his black taco bell shirt, adding a refreshing flare to the overall mood of the establishment. The food is beyond comparison, I especially love the XXL Grilled «Stuft» Burrito, hold the guacamole. Their sauce selection is also superior to any other Mexican fast food chain. I love their fire sauce and their diablo sauce. Their drive-​thru is expedient and efficient and prompt and snappy and they always compliment my dope car, a 2008 kia spectra. I love this taco bell more than any other taco bell and I will always return, much like Gandalf the Grey in the Lord of the Rings. The only difference between me and Frodo Baggins is that I am on a quest for Taco Bell instead of Mount Doom. Thank you taco bell, live long and prosper.

Been to this location a few times and customer service is quick and efficient. Bathrooms were actually clean. It’s fast food but at least it together, clean and organized. Drive threw is just as good quick and efficient with the order right the first time.

same taco bell as you go anywhere, its just convenient for me since its in Richardson. I have been to this place a couple times… drive through like most of us and I haven’t had any issues… wife hates this place because she thinks i am eating Alpo in a taco shell

Stopped in this location for a quick snack. Ordered a taco, chips and drinks. First I attempted to get a diet Dr Pepper and the only thing that would dispense was the syrup. There was no water dispensing with the drink. Guess I should have filled my cup and taken it home to make a lot of Dr Pepper. Picked up my taco and looked at the menu picture where I saw the one third bottom of the taco being meat as the bottom layer. HOWEVER when I got my taco there was no more than a teaspoon of beef on the bottom and even then I had to scrape the lettuce away to find that 1 teaspoon. This taco was not even close to the one shown on the menu photo. I know businesses are cutting back however this is ridiculous.
