Subway

Creamy sriracha mmmm good. The staff here is friendly, the store very clean and I’d consider this one of the better Subway chains. It’s just a hop, skip, jump away from UTD and located in a strip mall type area next to the beer/​wine store and Vaper shop. I’ve been here only twice and wish I came here more often. The price is great. I love their flat bread chicken breast with spinach and lettuce, plus all the fixings. Try it… you’ll like it!

The WORST Subway I have ever been to. The staff is consistently RUDE and LAZY every time I am there. It doesn’t matter what time of day it is or who is working. EVERY SINGLE EMPLOYEE I have dealt with is terrible. They do not listen to you when you order, throw the sandwich together, and if they mess up it somehow becomes the customers fault. NEVER going back again. If I were the manager or owner I would be mortified.

Needs work. The cucumber looked like garbage. All of the ingredients looked less than fresh. :-/​The soda machine was dirty.
I’ve been here before. This was probably the last try.

This place is horrible!
I was never a fan of subway in the first place but this location is horrible. I had to go since my lunch hour was short and subway was the nearest location serving ‘fresh’ food. I saw the commercial for the sub of the month (double bacon and egg) and since I love egg and i love bacon, decided to give it a try.
I was 6^th in line and there was only one person working everyone’s order. The second employee was in sight but was just playing on her cell phone and a few minutes later, walked out the door. ARE YOU SERIOUS??? I hope the owner of this place reads this and just trains his/​her employees better.
I ordered my food and lo and behold, the eggs came cooked, prepackaged. I have to say it again. EGGS, precooked and prepackaged! and DOUBLE BACON? the worker put 2 measly slices of precooked bacon, with the thinness of a #2 pencil, on each side of my footlong. So I wondered, if i ordered the six inch, and the title didn’t say bacon, would I only get one small strip of bacon on my whole sandwich which doesn’t come with any other meat? WACK.
Subway– eat packaged!

I was HORRIFIED when the so-​called Sandwich Artist went to the back room to get a new package of pepper jack cheese, dropped it on the floor in front of me, didn’t wipe it off in any way, then opened it and proceeded to put slices of cheese from it on my sandwich without first changing his gloves (that touched the tainted package from being on the floor) OMG!~ Can this be anymore disgusting? ARE THEY TRYING TO POISON PEOPLE? It is quite obvious that these employees have NO clue on hygiene. I wont ever go to this location again!~

This subway has decent quality food and service. There’s no sitting room, and it’s not the best selection (they often didn’t have the veggie patty or spinach /​carrots when other subways did)… hence the 3 stars.
I would go here if I wanted a quick bite and it’s the closest one… but if I have an option, I’d pick one of the Subways attached to a gas station — i know, it sounds gross but they’re usually much cleaner and have a better selection, probably because they get more business.
