The front desk staff here are in need of review and training. I have had multiple appointments made with doctors who could not perform the service requested for the appointment. It is quite frustrating to take time off for work for an appointment just to wait in a waiting room until you see a doctor and are advised that another appointment will need to be made with a doctor who can actually perform the service that was requested for the appointment.
