My husband and I were walking by during our walk and decided to go in and get some information regarding price and setup we waited about 4 minutes with no one coming to help us even though two employees walked past us with not even a smile or a hint of acknowledgement, we immediately turned around and walked out. I’m not saying we won’t give this place a try but we will definitely go to the other hookah lounges on Main St. First. I hope I don’t discourage people from going here as I want this place to succeed I just hope they learn that you have to give every customer a moment of your time.
