Bought a $ 500 pair of glasses here. The interior lens coating started to deteriorate & degrade after 8 – 9 months. When I brought this to Promenade Optical’s attention they could have CARED LESS. The worst professional service I have ever received in my 53 years. Small-​time & small-​minded adversarial (hostile) service, cheap products & over-​priced optical offerings make this an establishment to AVOID at all costs. If you have an issue with your glasses after the sale, do not expect any follow up. Owned by the Ophthalmologist Dr. Cotner — this establishment is the Doctor’s profit center & nothing more. See the light & AVOID making the same mistake I made — stay away!
