This place was pretty damn on point with everything! My family is picky as hell and they loved it which mean you gotta be doing something right!

Great service. Made sure our water was filled. Appetizer: Lettuce + White Noodles + Sauce w/Eggrolls (usually you don’t get White Noodles w/eggrolls and barely even lettuce at other Phở Locations so PLUSPLUS) Phở is good but not the best.

Good Phở, so so service. Just like the restaurant in Arlington, I felt like we were on our own once we got our food. We were seated fast and they were super friendly but I had to get their attention when we needed more to drink after we got our phở. The phở was fine, seemed a little different than the restaurant in Arlington, but phở is a tricky thing and seems to be slightly different no matter where you go. Just like the other restaurant, you just get up and go to the register to pay(no one tells you this). Not bad, but I wish they were more attentive.

I was near and around Viet-town looking for a breakfast place that didn’t consist of phở soup — and that was a huge challenge. Upon coming in here, I had asked to see if they offered Vietnamese steak and eggs(aka«bo né») which I could find in three or four places in Houston, but no such luck in Dallas. The kind Vietnamese guy serving me felt nostalgic when I mentioned the dish, but he directed me to try the com tam bi suon cha hot ga instead, as it was one of the two things in the menu that had eggs. Defeated, I settled into this option since I knew I wasn’t going to find anything better around in the morning at any other Vietnamese establishments. The com tam bi suon cha hot ga consists of grilled pork chop, egg cake, fried egg, and shredded pork on crushed rice, and for $ 7.50, I thought it was a good deal. And the Vietnamese coffee here is made traditional-style, and is also delicious(who doesn’t love sweetened condensed milk with their coffee anyways?!) Friendly service, good and authentic food, and good pricing. Can’t go wrong, even though it may not be the best Vietnamese in Dallas(I actually prefer La Me), but this is a good, solid and safe bet — and it’s apparent as they expand into other locations to become a small local chain.

We came here on a Sunday for lunch and it was packed. The customers were pretty much all Vietnamese and this place does not fail for authenticity. We were seated in the corner and there are TVs playing sports at the time. The service was prompt, but not overbearing. English is spoken well here. The phở was excellent and we could tell some care was put into the preparation, including the spring rolls, which were nicely crafted, not falling apart. The portions are decent sized and you get a good amount of meat. Parking is easy out front and this will be a go-to place whenever we are in the area.

Our go to place for phở! Pros: workers are always nice and prompt. Phở is always delicious. Cons: they took off my favorite soup bowl, bun rieu, off of their menu. :( We always go during off times so can’t say how they are when they’re busy.

Our fave place for comforting, addicting, needful Phở — we have been regulars here for at least 10 years. Most of the family long ago found their faves at Phở Pasteur, and the staff knows us by sight and preference. Steve is a #8(steak and meatballs) with extra meatballs, Miranda is a #1(sliced round steak) no green stuff, extra lime, beef on the side, and Sarah is a #11(well done flank, soft tendon and bible tripe) with no green stuff. I’m the wild card: my faves are #1(beef on the side), #10(well done flank and soft tendon), #22(beef stew and egg noodle soup) or #12(well done flank and fat brisket) — ALL with the green stuff(cilantro and scallions)! Not in the mood for soup? I like the grilled pork and egg roll vermicelli bowl, the house special cube beef and onions on rice, the Bun Cha Ha Noi, and any of the rice plates(without the shredded pork) and a fried egg. Not to say that Phở Pasteur has bad shredded pork — I don’t like ANYONE’S shredded pork, that’s just my taste preference. Service is fast and friendly, and this place is VERY busy at lunch.

After reading some of the recent reviews I was worried this place might have gone downhill since I was last in town — HOWEVER — it was JUST as DELICIOUS as ever! Had the #9 phở. I ate it for lunch and I’m now lying in bed at 1:23am thinking about it and wishing I could eat it right now. This is torture.

It’s not bad. As soon as we walked in, a nice young man greeted us and led us to our table. We took about ten minutes to decide what we wanted and only five minutes after that or food came out. I’m not sure if it was because I was starving from not eating all day but I was super excited when it came out so quickly. My first spoonful was surprising. At first I thought it was too salty but when I kept drinking the soup it had this weird addicting taste to it. The meat portion is very nice as well. They give you a good amount of meat, and the quality seemed fresher than the usual phở I eat. I still prefer phở in Arlington, but this place was pretty good too. The customer service is very good and the mood of the restaurant was very calm and good for conversation or just to dine alone. The only reason why it’s a 4 and not a 5 is due to my personal taste in phở. overall it was great.

Has lost its luster over the years, i used to come here quite a bit. i dont know if they switched owners or what, but its just not as good as it used to be. I came in today for the first time in 2 two years and had #43, pork chop rice with egg, egg cake, and shredded pork. The pork chop was super thin and the cook on it was a bit sorry, only the very edges had char while the middle was grey, the dish also had a ton of rice with little of the toppings. its decent but not that great.

We drove around our aunts place looking for a good phở places and found this place. Not your typical phở name for a restaurant. Which is unique and cool. Any who this place is huge tons of tables which means great for large parties. I have a huge obsession now for Bun Bo Hue, have tried quite of few places in Dallas/Richardson area. Nothing comes close to the clean super flavorful broth that this place has. I’m not your typical bun bo Hue eater, I ask for beef only not into the pork bone with skin and tendon. But if your into that type of food I’ve heard lots of great things. Texture and chew-ness gets me. Oh and the portion sizes for the meat was a bit less for a large order but maybe the person that packed my meal had small hands. I would definitely come back for another bun bo Hue! My wife ordered the chicken phở and loved/enjoyed it just as I much as I did with mine. This is the real definition of clean broth but also flavorful. Lots of shredded white meat and just the right amount of noodles. Customer service was good, very attentive and nice/polite

My go-to phở place since I was a child and they were still located in garland. In my opinion, Phở Pasteur has the best phở in Dallas. The broth is flavorful and they always give a good amount of noodles/meat. Not only is their phở really good but they do other entrees really well also. Their com tam and vermicelli are fresh and the meat has good marinade. The one thing that sets them apart from other phở places for the rice and vermicelli is their fish sauce. Fish sauce at most places tend to be watered down and bland. Pasteurs is a much more bold and tangy flavor. In addition to great food, it’s also one of the cleanest phở places around. If you haven’t been here yet, I’d definitely recommend that you go try it!

Let me tell you a little secret: Just because a restaurant’s name includes Phở doesn’t mean you should order Phở here. My family has been to several Vietnamese restaurants in the Richardson/Garland area, so we pretty much know what to get what and where. For Phở Pasteur, it’s the Com Tam(rice platter). Now I’m not saying their phở isn’t good. I’m saying their rice plates are pretty good here! And that’s what we always get when we go to Phở Pasteur. The com tam dac biet comes with a little bit of everything(grilled meat, sunny side up egg, cucumber, tomato, pickled veggies, egg loaf thingy, shredded pork, and a bowl of soup). It is extremely filling, and I usually split one platter with someone else(although the boys seem to have no trouble finishing it).

Phở Pasteur is one of the cleaner phở places I have been to. It’s also my go-to phở place. Their service is very quick and their food is pretty great. I always order a #8(yes, I did remember what I usually order) which is the meatball phở, coconut juice with water on the side, the occasional spring rolls, and sometimes their dessert. Overall, I haven’t been disappointed by this place. It’s also extremely convenient because it’s nearby my house. Phở all day, everyday.

Went for lunch on a whim and really enjoyed the phở. My sister got a bahn mi. They had buttered the bread so unfortunately she had to send it back but they were really nice about it. They brought her a fresh sandwich all safe for her. My phở was he best I’ve had since I can’t remember when. It was just ever so slightly too salty but still so delicious. The service was great, the water was filtered, the broth was rich and deep but not too seasoned. I will go back for sure!

The amount of Sunday’s I have been at Phở Pasteur in this past 1 – 3 years is unreal. Whenever someone needs to recover from our Saturday night, everyone knows this is where we will be the next afternoon. I get the same thing every single Sunday I come after a rough night, my beloved #17. It’s a combination of egg and rice noodles with some seafood and pork. The broth is always the same. Sometimes the waiter gives me the wrong one because there’s always too many of us and I don’t speak Vietnamese, but all’s well that ends well when I get my #17. Thanks Phở Pasteur

Best phở I tried so far. I went to a lot of locations before determining this one the best. I got the special I believe which has everything. The broth is flavorful which determines good phở or not. This is my to-go place when I want something vietnamese. Also tried the three colors dessert, Best consistency so far.

Who doesn’t love a bowl of delicious hot soup on a cold day! Here is another secret. It cures hangover quite well too! This place has just what I need after a night of drinking and partying. Flavorful broth and delicious noodles! Oh don’t forget about the big pieces of meat that they provide you! Love it! I love their egg rolls. I call it the fried ones because I get them mixed up with spring rolls. Their egg rolls comes with lettuce noodles and pickled veggies which you wrap the roll in lettuce with noodles and dip it in fish sauce! According boyfriend it is the most accurate way to eat the egg roll. Whatever he says! All I care is that it is delicious!
