Panara’s Chicken soup is way better than Whole Food’s or Central Market’s. I ordered from the ipad and got the food ready in 3 minutes. It appears every clean inside. The staff is very friendly. You should definitely check them out.

I absolutely love Panera bread! However this location was not the best. I arrived around 0900 on a Friday and waited for someone to take my order. There was about 3 females behind the counter hiding behind the pastries. When I made it obvious that I was ready to order, the hostess was not friendly and just took the order and told me how much I owed. I ordered the steak bagel sandwhich(which is delicious by the way) and I waited for about 15 minutes for my order to be done… my order was done in about 8 minutes but my number wasn’t called and my name wasn’t called. I just happened to look up several times and see a bag of food to go. I finally went up and I saw two cooks in the back playing on their phone in plain site. Like I said, food is delicious but the customer service needs some work.

Enjoyed my meal at Panera, this evening. The tablets provided for ordering should help reduce ordering errors and preparation. Do check your to go orders, had to ask for a half dozen bagels that had not been included. All and all a pleasant experience.

I am a huge fan, however I was disappointed my last trip even though I probably shouldn’t be. I had 2 gift cards, one with $ 25.00 and the other with a remaining $ 4 and some change, because I love this place and go here all the time. Well I did really good in adding my items, I did so well in fact that I was only one penny over. I had run in after work and just took my wallet, well there was a line and when she said it was one penny over my gift card and by the way her tip jar was there with lots of pennies, which were ALL hers, not mine, but she had me charge my debit card for ONEPENNY! I realize she had no reason to help me out, but so much for paying it forward. I would have said don’t worry about it, but she wanted that penny bad. I could have just ran to my car, but I didn’t want to hold up the line. I still love Panera, I was just really disappointed that she couldn’t spare a penny, I will still go to Panera, I’ll just be sure to carry some change on me. Have a great day everyone and again I’m not bitching, just disappointed in people these days. We have to learn to love again and pass it around :-)~ Let’s make the world a better place for our kids and theirs!

I’ve been here several times for lunch. It’s usually very busy. The last few times were lackluster to average. But my last visit there was wretched. The tuna had a funny smell to it and we saw cockroaches on the floor and counter near the coffee bar. Disgusting. We also had trouble getting our order correct with cashier who barely spoke english. I can deal with that but cockroaches? No way. There are too many other choices in this area to risk getting sick here.

Panera Bread has great food, with good options for vegetarians, and/or picky eaters. I love the mac ‘n cheese in their bread bowl! They also have really good bagels and pastries. Try the Green Power Passion Smoothie! — It is one of my faves.

To be honest, the only thing I get at panera bread is their bread bowls! Though they don’t have much soup, they’re still very tasty. I usually tend to go here when I get sick. I went here so much after a bad case of food poisoning and the soup helped a lot.

If you want a «healthier» alternative, then Panera might be the place to go. I always get that pick 2 combo and I end up with a sandwich and the Fuji Apple salad. I believe last time I got the turkey sandwich and these were all manageable portions. Although I think that Panera is a bit over priced, the new check out machine makes waiting a bit more bearable and it gives you more time to figure out what you want via pictures on the iPad’s they have. You pick what you want, swipe your credit card, and pick up a number that will buzz when your food is ready. A server brings the food over and after you’re done, they come and pick it up. Meal is done, you’re satisfied, and go home a happy person.

This franchise sucks at lunchtime on a weekday becoz there are more people waiting to be seated than those who are lounging and bring their books and kindles to sit and read on a table for 3 – 4. They need to learn to rotate tables quicker from 11:30 to 2 pm. Avoid it during lunch hour. Many other restaurants around.

Horrible. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. My husband and I never go to this Panera location, although it is fairly close to our house. We only went because we had a gift card. They never get our order right and consistently leave things out of our order as well. We went tonight and each ordered off of the«pick two» menu. The food handlers behind the counter seemed like they’d rather be anywhere besides Panera, maybe they need a team building exercise to boost morale. They forgot to include my half sandwich and my salad was full of brown lettuce. The food is mediocre at best, I realized why we never go there. If we receive another gift card in the future we will reserve it for any of their baked goods. It’s pretty hard to mess up a brownie!

It’s your standard Panera. Food is good, I vastly prefer mobile ordering from my table, and the staff that isn’t obnoxious high school or college students are very personable and witty. Completely detest the location but when in need of a Panera fix this is closest.

Wow! I haven’t been to a Panera Bread in a while and I don’t know if they all recently upgraded their technology, but this one had all types of gadgets. there were like 7 open lines(most of which were self serve tablets… cool!) Anyways, the employees were very helpful and nice. There was a problem with my friend’s sandwich. The location was sold out of the bread he had ordered, but 2 employees came out to are table to explain the situation and to which he just ordered a different type of bread. It was a very good overall experience.

Where shall I begin? I made the mistake of ordering online and when I arrived to pick my order up it was in a bag in a section for«online pick ups» meaning no one verifies who is getting what. So, anyone can walk into Pandera Bread and get a free meal if they want… because no one cares who picks up what. I ordered the steak and blue cheese salad minus the blue cheese and it was filled with it. Plus the meat was raw… wtf? I was told my the manager when I called to complain that they order the meat precooked medium rare and they have no control over the quality or the degree of rawness. Wtf? I even requested ranch dressing and was told they don’t carry ranch… wtf? My girlfriend ordered a sand which and a cup of soup and the soup was good, but the sand which meat tasted old. She woke up this morning with a sick stomach. This was my worst experience ever at Pandera Bread and I will not return to this location. It’s only getting one star because they refunded my money!

i’ve never been mistreated or had a bad experience at this location. The food is consistent and even though the location is small, we’re always able to find a table(indoor and outdoor seating). I love the pick 2 option(half of a signature sandwich and a cup of soup). the best part is i don’t have to cook and we each get something we want and it’s not expensive. the last time I went there, they had kiosk-looking set up if you want to order there instead of with a person. can’t go wrong with asiago turkey and broccoli soup! =)

Really a 3+ review. Panera does a really good job across the board with its product. You are generally getting really good food whichever branch you go to. The one slight drawback with this location was there must have been a heavy rush before I arrived since the dining room had several tables that needed to be cleared/cleaned up. Server was very pleasant as well as the young lady who delivered my food. Overall a good experience

As many times as I visit Panera, I’m surprised I have never left a review. This location is very close to my office. They recently updated this location with self service kiosks. I never use them especially since they’re not set up to take your keychain panera card or a gift card. Recently, I was alerted $ 5 would be placed on my panera card if I use the rapid pick up online ordering system. I placed an order for the $ 4.99 bbq chicken flatbread using the online ordering system. My confirmation advised my order would be ready at 1:08pm. Sure enough, I walked over to the pickup line and there was my food sitting in a bin(receipt with name taped to front of bag). It’s never been easier than this. The simplicity of this worries me a bit as anyone could pick up my order and walk out. However, this will be my method of choice when it comes to ordering. My flatbread exceeded my expectations. Now if Panera could update the horrible parking here, that would be awesome. I either take a super early lunch or a super late lunch as I know parking will be impossible during peak times. One time at a neighboring business, I was blocked in by an 18 wheeler and was late getting back from lunch. I avoid this area like a plague during lunch but, when I am feeling mighty bold, Panera is one of my go to spots. The rapid pick up service will definitely have me going back for more.

This must be a special Panera where they try out new concepts. Over the past month, they have put in a screen that shows when your order is being prepared and when it’s ready, tablets so that you can skip the line and order from a touch screen, and numbered tables so that you can sit down and order from your table using the website. I think the tablets and ordering from the table are pretty useful if you’re in the antisocial mood and you want to deal with as few people as possible, but sometimes I think we’re all going to lose our communication skills if we are using tablets and internet ordering even while we’re present at the restaurant. I did try the tablets out to order because I’m a nerd, and it was cool, especially if you don’t want to wait in line. My order was delivered to my table by a friendly young man and everything was as expected. Food at Panera chains is very consistent around the country and I’ve never had anything wrong with my orders here. Their pastries and bagels are fantastic. I love the wild blueberry muffins and the chocolate chip bagels. The sandwiches have interesting combinations of flavors and I’ve loved the Sierra Turkey for the past few years. The salads are very tasty but not all of them are as healthy as you may think. The soups are good, the mac & cheese is amazing, and the smoothies and coffee drinks are just as good as going to a café. You can have Panera for every meal. Even though I’ve been to many different Paneras around the country, I am still very confused every time about whether I’m supposed to put away my own dishes or leave them on the table. Every location is a little different and I didn’t want to be «that person», so I put my own dishes away.
