Master Valian is awesome. I am 45 and this is the best workout ever!!! His classes are demanding. You will learn respect, integrity, discipline, and self defense. No wimps in this class. No contracts. One monthly price and you can work out 6 days per week for that same price. Convenient location, friendly staff and reasonable hours. Thanks to Master Valian I am becoming stronger, more flexible, and more confident.

The instructors at lifetime MA are awesome. My son has been having behavior problems at school and since I put him in this program his behavior has improved tremendously. The instructors are teaching him about self control and how to respect others. I’m so thankful that I found this program for my son.
