Really poor experience, kind of dirty per the picture posted. Also I’m not allowed to substitute ham for turkey without a $ 2 up charge? Give me a break, one star is generous for this location.

Sad service. Manager and workers can’t seem to figure out where they are to deliver to and said there is a «grey»(yes I used the quotes) area that they are not to deliver to. I live in between two locations and neither can figure it out. At least the location on Jupiter is organized at the store. Food is always good and FAST. Renner store is just not up to par in any way. And it’s just a sandwich.

The absolute worst Jimmy John’s I have ever been to. Atrocious customer service. I’ve been to different Jimmy John’s in the DFW area(and this one on two other occasions) and have always ordered hot peppers on the side. Today the employee(Jonathan) told my wife they don’t put items on the side and claimed they never have. When I inquired further he became very cross and told me it’s against policy. This is the first time in dozens of visits to various Jimmy John’s that anyone has even mentioned peppers on the side being against policy. I tried to diffuse the situation and bit and say that I won’t tell anyone if he doesn’t. And he very bluntly said«No, I’m not giving you any peppers». Okay. Fine. I told him to give me a refund then to which he just replied«No» and walked off. At that point is where I became angry. I spent a few years in jobs that require customer interactions and that response was ridiculous. He didn’t even explain why it was policy and refusing the refund so rudely was unacceptable. At that point the person I assume was the manager came out and found my receipt and refunded the items on my ticket.(Which were still wrapped and untouched. I wasn’t trying to con free food out of anyone. I just wanted peppers on the side to control how much heat is on the sandwich). The only respectful employee was a young Hispanic man at the register who tried to actually explain the policy at the point I was getting the money refunded, but at that point I didn’t care. The store was trying to act like they were doing ME a favor by gracing me with sandwiches I just paid $ 18 dollars for. At no point did Jonathan(or the manager) offer to take the sandwich and put peppers on it or explain the policy at all. I’m soured on the chain now, but if you’re looking for Jimmy John’s I would absolutely avoid this one and go to the one over off Centerville in Garland.

The bread is so good here! This is my go to place for delivery:) I love the Beach club sub! I miss when they put bean sprouts in there. The delivery people are so nice and pretty fast with orders! I love that I can order and do everything online! Tasty sub’s!

Want lunch done freakishly fast? This is the place to go. What’s not to like? I can order online, hop in my car and my food is ready before I get there. I only get the roast beef lettuce wraps from here, but they’re always good. No complaints and no worries!

I loved their beach club because of the alfalfa sprouts! But they no longer make it with it anymore… :( So I’ve tried other sandwiches and the first venture out was the ultimate porker… I know quite the opposite but my husband and I needed a quick snack before a meeting so we decided to split a sandwich and that’s what he wanted. Asked for it to be split. Didn’t happen… And they left the lettuce out of the sandwich… So it was bacon, ham, mayo and tomatoes on their white bun… Meh… It was only OK. I guess when my husband said to cut it in half they took it as leave the lettuce out. Perhaps the guy making it thought lettuce made it too healthy and doubled the mayo instead.

Love this place! Delicious sandwiches, fast service, and healthy options like the unwrap(no bread, just deli meats wrapped in lettuce) and a multigrain bread. Reasonably priced and fun décor inside.

The good: The speed The Bad: Everything else.(Customer service, food, etc.) Here is how it went down. I ordered and the guy took down my info(order, phone number and credit card number) an hour later I call to check and they say my credit card was declined and the number they had for me didn’t work. I asked them to give me the number they wrote down and it was totally off b/c the guy had«sloppy handwriting» so I establish the correct phone number and I give them a new card and I make sure it works. Food shows up very quickly, but it’s all wrong. I ordered a veggie club and ended up with it protein style(Wrapped in lettuce). I even ordered the wheat bread with it and they guy said«OK.» When I looked at the ticket I couldn’t make heads or tails of it so I don’t know who screwed up my order(the guy who took it or the kitchen, I’m guessing both) Luckily I ordered two sandwiches and was able to eat the tuna. I wasn’t overly impressed with shredded lettuce and found the bread to be kinda dull. I realize taste is subjective but I wasn’t a fan and I never plan to order from this location or this franchise again. I’m already not a huge fan of sandwiches, but I’d recommend just about any sandwich place over this one. Even if you like Jimmy John’s avoid this particular establishment.

Watch out for the bread at this location! The contents continues to be one the freshest ingredients for fast food sandwiches; HOWEVER, the bread has become an issue. It tastes and has the consistency of day old or older bread… We have noticed the last 2 to 3 visits that we get this kind of bread when we pick up a take-out order. I called and complained today and the manager, at first, was only going to alert corporate. So, I thought it best to ask more questions. Q: Do you serve day-old bread or is it cooked fresh ever day? A: The bread is baked fresh and recycled every four hours. Q: What happens to bread not used each day? A: We sell it for 50 cents. If it does not sell that day, it is thrown out. Once again I was told by the manager my concern would be reported to corporate. I then told the manager«I don’t think you understand… if I was sitting in your shop right now attempting to eat this sandwich, I would request that you either make me another with fresh bread or give me my money back.» With this, the manager agreed to mail me a coupon for a free sandwich. Jimmy John’s… this is NOT the point. I appreciate that I will be able to try your product one more time without having to pay for it, but what is much more important is our lunch TODAY(that my husband drove 10.6 miles(26 minutes) to pick up was BAD. How much time and money do we spend these days for BAD food??? More than any of us wants to think about. Well, the shops better think about it — because we do have recourse and that is to stay home, cook our own food and stop visiting their establishment! We must learn to stand up for what’s right in AMERICA! And, unfortunately, to make a difference, it usually means that WE have to make the CHANGE to make our POINT. Please everyone — if you receive BAD fast food(or food ANYWHERE) — complain, return it, ask for replacement, or with fast food call and get a free coupon. Don’t sit back and tell the waitress your dinner was good if it wasn’t… or don’t hesitate to call the manager of an establishment and ask for a free coupon. Only if we hit them in the pocketbook, they eventually do something about it… Our money is worth less and less these days, so we must learn to demand quality for what we receive!

Let me start off by saying I like eating at Jimmy Johns, and their fast service when I’m shuffling my daughter to and from her practices. I am a fan of the Vito Unwich. However, I am rating this location a one star because of their level of service. I have been at this location several times, and they messed up our order on three occasions. This location is not as fast as other Jimmy Johns I’ve been to(I can only speak of our dine in experiences and not delivery). Even though this location is much closer to us, I will drive further out to go to the one off of Campbell Rd in Richardson. They have never messed up our order and they are consistently fast.

Fresh sandwiches, that are like what you can make at home. I don’t find anything to special about these, but my co-workers like them. I’d rather do Subway, or Jason’s Deli.

Jimmy Johns distinguishes itself as a sandwich shop with speed(the sandwich is practically ready before you order it), but they make you pay for it. Props for great sandwich bread. Now for the minuses: for the love of God, please discover flavor! If Jimmy Johns just offered some flavorful dipping sauces for an extra 50 cents, they’d get a 4. And because you’re a gourmet chain, I’m talking saffron aioli and olive garlique, not ranch and honey mustard. Until they innovate toward tasty, they’re ideal for geriatric yuppies with no tastebuds, no time, and some extra cash to pay a premium for fast, bland sandwiches.

I don’t know what it is about Jimmy John’s but I’m just not a fan. They don’t seem to have anything that separates them from the other sub places, and although their service is fast, the end product is just ‘ok.‘ Every sub I had seemed to be missing something, whether it was some spice, some sauce, or something to make the sandwich really ‘pop.’ The prices were a bit higher than what I felt I should be paying for a basic sandwich. Jimmy John’s is not a bad experience, just nothing to write home about.

this location ROCKS!!! they’re awesomely nice & delivery takes less than 20 mins! I live off renner & brand, so I personally think that’s VERYgood timing :) I’ve gone in before & they’ve allowed me to fill up my drink with whatever I wanted, when i only ordered tap water, which I’ve always thought was super nice of them! and they have cherry coke– woohoo!!!

I love their sandwiches. Who doesn’t? I just don’t like how nothing has ketchup on it. It’s okay, I carry my own. It’s also the only place where I can order a plain sandwich and my 3 year old will finish it all. w00t JJ’s!
