Reviewed from a visit a few weeks ago. This spa is actually a school where you can get student intern massages, and a regular spa a couple doors down where you can get a licensed massage therapist. It’s confusing though because they seem to both operate with the same number. I chose the student massage on a Saturday afternoon. I made a 2PM appointment at around 11AM that day, and wasn’t asked how long I wanted, so I can see how the problem that came up for the other reviewer can happen. I chose 90 minutes since it’s so inexpensive. The 90 minutes really gives you time to relax and enjoy the massage. I asked for firm pressure and Kylin provided. The disadvantage to this place is the curtained treatment rooms really make you feel like your neighbor is closer than they are. There were two other massages going on while I was there, though they were both gone when I finished.

This place sucks. I would give it 0 stars if I could. Made an appointment there for Monday at 3:30, and I got a call from them on Monday moving my appt to 4. When I arrived at the place at 3:40, they told me they had to cancel my appt because some guy had walked in at 3:15, and they were busy with him. First of all, I was not aware that walk-ins were placed at a higher priority above those who had made appointments. Secondly, I was only in town for that one day, and was looking forward to getting a massage here. Terrible letdown. Will never revisit due to their unprofessional personality and lack of customer service.
