My friend and I came for just a quick color change, and there was no wait on a Friday, which surprised me a little bit. The staff was curt and didn’t say much except to ask us what we wanted, try to get us to add more on, and tell us what we owed them. The polish choices are plenty, so that was nice. The tech didn’t say much, just did my nails. The color change only involves filing, buffing, and the costs of paint, so they didn’t do any soaking for my nails or fixing the cuticles. They also didn’t do a great job cleaning around the edges even after I reminded them, and I asked for square cut and got more of a squarish round shape. I probably won’t be returning here again if all we did was get nail polish and even that didn’t turn out well.

Getting a pedicure now as we speak. Not impressed with the technicians. I would go someone else. Anywhere else! I don’t see how they can be still in business. Didn’t see them sanitize their tools. I also saw cock roaches crawling around. Beware. The water was also and they were kind of rude.

THISPLACECAUSEDMETOHAVE A FUNGUS!!! The service at this place has gone downhill fast. This was my go to place for about a year since it’s close by my job. Over the past few months not so great. The level of cleanliness has dropped as well as the skills of the staff. They will turn nobody away. They will agree to a service even if they don’t know how to do it. If busy they will sit you down get you started… then you wait. Communication is very hard also since only one and a half of the techs speak limited English. Go anywhere else but here!!!

Good value and everyone was very friendly. Got a basic manicure for $ 12 that included a nice stone hand massage. Overall will make this my new go-to place since I moved to the neighborhood.

This place is ok. I’ve been here at least a handful of times and I keep coming back because it’s so close to the UTD campus. I’ve had my upper lip waxed here a couple times and it’s far from pleasant. Aside from being in some pain(because of their carelessness!), there’s always some hair left that I have to go home a tweeze myself. My manis/pedis have been much better but not perfect either. Nice color choices and a good job for the most part, but there’s always a nail or two that could’ve been filed better.

Went this morning for a mani-pedi before my wedding. The place was quiet, with 2 clients and three technicians. I was asked to sit and soak my feet in the water, which got colder and colder as I waited. Others came, sat and left while I waited for someone. I considered leaving but was on a tighter schedule. Overall meh experience. Nobody offered to turn on the massage chair, warm the water or ask me questions about what I wanted. I’m really not that particular, but won’t be coming back.

Con: They aren’t the fastest salon in town. Pro: For shellac mani its only $ 25 which is an incredible deal. Ask for JUDY she is meticulous, professional and easy to communicate with. Her mani’s take a bit longer than I wish they would but when you walk out your nails are absolutely perfect.

So, my daughter and I returned and both had the Signature Pedicure treatment and it was wonderful! If you go on a Monday/Tuesday you will receive 20% off any manicure or pedicure… would highly recommend! The Signature treatment includes typical pedicure spa chair(nice massage!) and also includes a scrub, exfoliation and hot towel wrap, paraffin treatment and hot stone massage. Good lord, I could have sat in the chair all stinking day! My technician was Jennifer and she was very polite and responsive to my needs — brought me bottled water, checked the temperature that sort of thing. So, would highly recommend and I will be going on a regular basis!

Fairly good experience here. The couples times I’ve come here there’s rarely a wait and I generally walk in. They’re very friendly and multiple people ask me if I’m Vietnamese(I’m chinese) and seem disappointed when I tell them I’m not but it doesn’t stop them from trying to talk to me. I might bring a book next time I go so I have something to do. I prefer to be pampered quietly. Either way, can’t beat a $ 32 spa mani/pedi combo. They spend a good amount of time and I’ve been happy with the results. One con is that their website always has a coupon but it’s almost always expired.
