So surprised to read all of these negative reviews below. I went to check out the property today for potential move-in and I was very impressed! The grounds around the apartment complex were very clean, and I saw no trash sitting around. The pool had beautiful clear water, and the workout room had everything you need to workout. Kelsey helped us today and was very friendly, and answered all of our questions! Management seems to really care about helping you find something that you like It is definitely top on our list of move-in choices!

Just read all the other reviews. Notice all the 1 star reviews since feb of 2016. Believe me, all of us would give 0 stars if we could. New management is just plain awful. Amenities are ALWAYS locked up now. Gates don’t pick up the key fob signal. Tenants leaving garbage out all day(which tells me they aren’t getting fined). TV in community center doesn’t work anymore. They locked out the tv/music controller as well. Oh, and if you are working out in the gym area, they now lock the restrooms so you have to walk all the way back to your building to use the restroom. We will be leaving as soon as our lease is up. I would recommend you look at apartments elsewhere. They are popping up all up and down George bush. If they want to keep everything locked up, then adjust my rent. I pay $ 2000/month and can’t have access to a computer or pool table.

I currently live here and I often try to give this new management company the benefit of the doubt, but these people are running this property right into the ground like all of there other properties. I moved to the Jefferson Center… Now I live at the Estates of Richardson where I’ve complained several times about trash being left behind from our valet trash service that we pay an extra 20.00 for monthly! I left my apartment for the Memorial Day holiday on Friday and complained about trash left behind and today is Monday and it’s still there on the ground. They don’t fix anything you ask them to fix. They are not polite. The upkeep on the property has completely gone to shit. I can not wait to get out of this lease and away from this property… Do yourself a favor and do not move here… It’s not worth it anymore! The only reason I gave them one star is because I had to give at least one. I have every intention of complaining on every single site that asks for a review of this place!

Where do I begin?! I transfered to this beautiful property at the beginning of March. I have nothing but great things to say about this whole experience. Its the greatest feeling to walk into your new apartment and just have peace of mind. The office staff has been nothing but helpful & Paige made my transition here so smooth and hassle free! Maintenance is super friendly and get things done pretty quick! I will definitely be happy to stay here as long as I can. I love laying by the beautiful pool area and my free variety of coffee every day from the office… beautiful place and I definitely recommend!!!

The new management is really horrible. They close the service requests without even completing the work. The breezeways and swimming pool are not clean. The gate codes do not work most of the times.

The management is HORRIBLE!!! No manner, didn’t show respect to potential customers. The agent didn’t even want to show us the room.

I loved this place when Lincoln property was management. The management now is HORRIBLE!!! They do not care, all they do is try to get as much money as they can from you. DONOTMOVEHERE. You will regret it. The manager of this complex is so rude! None of the leasing agents ever say hi to you. You have to go out of your way to make a conversation with them. I highly recommend looking into apartments that are managed by Lincoln property, they are awesome!

I have been a tenant at Estates for 6 months. Yes, the transition was a little shakey, but all things considered, I have had nothing but positive experiences with the staff up front. Josh assisted me the first time I went in. They seemed like they were doing their best to resolve all the issues I had with the change in rental payments. Honestly, I felt sorry for the way the customer next to me was speaking to them. The resident portal IS up and running now, and I look forward to positive experiences with that going forward. As a grown woman, I find it deplorable that other grown adults would be going so far as cursing at office staff because a website is down. The blonde girl in the front when you walk in honestly could use some help greeting people when they walk in. If you are on the telephone, just acknowledge my walking into your lobby with a nod or wave, don’t just stare blankly. I am quite surprised that some of my neighbors are going to make that big of a stink about the fact that there are no fresh towels or fresh cookies. I do believe that the front office should bring back the bottled waters and towels. I am not that concerned about the lack of resident events, I missed most anyways, however, I do hope that they keep up the fun and glamorous activities we enjoyed under Lincoln. There was nothing better than having a glass of wine with my neighbors, and I hope we continue that once the management company lays their roots and settles in. In regards to the status of the upkeep of property, I don’t see it declining in any way other than an increase of pet waste. COMEON, pick up after your pet and don’t whine when someone else isn’t doing it for you. One thing that has been taken that upset me was the recycling bags that were provided before. Bring them back, yall. Lets get green to some extent! All in all, it is absolutely a change. Lincoln and Management Support have OBVIOUS differences. With that being considered, I could not be happier with the experiences I have personally had and the care taken when I call with concerns. I was quite pleased with my «poorly» folded piece of blue paper and will be attending the greeting event. I have always been one to welcome change, and this is no different. I am sure, with time, I will develop positive relationships with this staff as we did the last group!

This place was way better before the new management team arrives. I am beyond disappointed that I am speechless when it comes to customer service. I am glad that just everyone is feeling this way as well. First of all, ever since the management team had changed, there was just an envelope that was distributed to the resident’s door. There was never a connection between the team and the residents. Even when it was time for everyone to pay for the rent, nothing was posted regarding to the website was closed down. Each of us had to go to the leasing office and ask about it. The ONLY one statement about how to pay the rent is «make sure to pay the order to Estate of Richardson». About a week and a half ago, I went into the office and requested to changed my phone number for the gate access. I had talked to four people including the manager on duty throughout the whole process. Each of them told me that«it will be done today», and guess what, it has not been done ATALL. I understand that new team may be busy; however, promising something that you cannot fulfill is something else. In conclusion, Estate of Richardson had destroyed the greatness of this property. I will not be surprised to hear that people will be starting to leave after their contracts ends. It is unfortunate that an environment this great can be devastated by the team who manages it. I am now searching for their headquarter to file a complaint.

I can’t say I’m impressed with the new property manager, Frankel Family Trust dba Estates of Richardson aka Management Suport. Their HQ is in California and have bad reviews at several other places. This place has become awful when it used to be awesome. *Staff isn’t friendly and quick to blame someone in a vague office for mistakes/errors. *They have new office hours, but I showed up 5 mins before the close and the place was already dark and locked. It’s like the new property manager put zero effort into the transition. Save yourself some trouble and rent elsewhere unless you like being uncomfortable and inconvenienced. ***Update 3⁄16: Some issues have been resolved. Whitney and Chelsea are more pleasant to interact with and are definitely trying. However, I still contend that the owner has deep issues at the corporate level and cannot, in good conscience, recommend this place.
