Elements Massage

I am here at least once a month. …sometimes twice! My husband often gifts me a massage. Very professional and courteous staff. Have always been pleased with the service and the massage. A must try!

Came here with my boyfriend to receive a couple’s massage. The facility itself was very nice and clean. I also commend them on their front desk associate, she was super sweet and not pushy about the membership. We arrived 20 minutes early as advised, however our therapists did not come to get us until ten minutes after our start time, we had the paperwork filled out within the first 5 minutes so this was a little upsetting. The massage was not the best I have ever had and neither was my boyfriend’s. I had to repeatedly tell my therapist to do a lighter pressure as she was really extremely firm and kept digging her elbows into my shoulder blades, (keep in mind she was not a tiny woman by any means). She kept taking her hands off of me also and there was a few pauses where I was not being massaged at all, (I know for a fact, that it’s a «rule» to never take your hands off the client,) I also told her I wanted to focus on my legs, she barely touched them and when I brought that up she said she felt that there was really no need to focus on that area. At the end of my massage she offered very little insight on what I needed to work on, what we did today, etc. She rushed me through the entire process beginning to end. It just didn’t seem like she really cared. What makes me nervous about returning is that the woman who booked my appointment said my therapist was the best… if that was the best I hate to say I may not return. Although the facility and front desk staff is thousands of times better than Massage Envy, I think the actual massage is what really counts.

I’ve only had a couple of massages but this is the first place that I will actually come back to. I came in on a Groupon deal and didn’t know what to expect but I am coming away a happy customer.
Brenda was amazing, she had the perfect mix of conversation to get to know me mixed with silence for relaxation. I truly feel like she cares about working through my problem areas at a pace I can handle. She will truly customize the experience for you and for me talked me through what she was feeling, where, and what I can do to make it better both at home and in future massages. I came in with pain in my neck after sleeping funny earlier this week and it is now all gone plus more I didn’t even know existed.
This place is definitely worth a visit!

My boyfriend and I just went in at 3 and did a 80min couples massage. It was the best massage I have ever had.

I am new to the Richardson/​Plano area. I have several health issues that are relieved by massage so finding a good reliable massage therapist was essential. I found Elements on Unilocal and the reviews seemed promising. When I called the receptionist was cheerful, knowledgeable and well informed. She was willing listen to my needs and match me with a mousse. She was even able to get me an appointment the next day.
I went in and enjoyed a pleasant greeting from both receptionists. The studio is quite lovely with an all over calming and comfortable atmosphere. I met with Amber who did an amazing job! She listened to my needs and worked with me to make my experience enjoyable and productive as far as working on some of the «tough spots».
Their rates are very reasonable. I have already been back once and plan to make Elements part of my monthly health routine. I would recommend them to friends and family.

I called the day of and they got me in in a little over an hour! I’m a grad student, and amidst finals time, I was having pain in my upper back that I could not get to go away!
Katie was my therapist, and she was great!!! She target EXACTLY where I was hurting, and really worked it out. When we were finished, she even gave me some great recommendations for how to keep the pain away. I will definitely be seeing her when I come back!
Overall, it was a clean, nice place, and everyone was extremely professional. Love this place!

This place is really well maintained, clean and staffed with friendly helpful staff.

Had my massage and it was excellent. Savannah is friendly, very professional and was really good. My neck and back were in real need of unknotting. Highly recommend. Can’t wait to go back again.
Small nitpick. The music in the rooms are a bit cheesy.

Molly at Elements Massage was absolutely amazing. I received a Groupon for a one hour massage as a gift and it was my first time visiting Elements Massage. The waiting area is clean and relaxing, and the woman at the front desk was very polite and professional. And then there was the massage. I explained what areas I would like avoided and what areas I would like focused on and Molly did an excellent job at tailoring the massage to my needs. I never had to ask her to apply lighter or firmer pressure, and there wasn’t a thing that I would’ve had Molly do differently; it was the perfect massage! She did a great job at noticing and focusing on areas of where knots had developed, knots that I didn’t even know that I had, and she offered recommendations as to how I can stretch out certain areas and reduce some of the muscle soreness that I’ve been experiencing. I would 100% recommend Molly at Elements Massage if anyone is looking for a great masseuse!

I had previous arrangements at a different salon, but after they canceled on me THE
DAY OF my appt I was frantic to find another place to pamper me and my friend for his birthday. This place was so sweet & accommodating. They got us in with only 2 hrs notice. The place is super clean, very friendly & relaxing. The décor was really cool too. They weren’t forceful about memberships or anything either, which I appreciated. Everyone has tons of privacy bc they lead you into your own personal room. Very relaxing. We also got a discount since it was our first time there! I would totally go back & plan on going there when I need another massage.

Elements is fantastic! The ease of booking is a simple introduction to just how relaxed you will feel. This place hits the mark every time!

I was a Registered Massage Therapist for years, so I know what to expect from the industry for the most part. This was the best massage I have ever gotten from someone I did not already know. The atmosphere was peaceful and friendly. The massage therapist listened and was attentive to my requests. I had no issue making my initial appointment. I registered for the membership, and made my second appointment (which cost less than my first appointment). I had to reschedule and had no issue rescheduling! I’m looking forward to my next massage! I have not found this quality massage for this price, and I have been to several places throughout the years.

Everyone was friendly and professional… a relaxing atmosphere and first class décor! Will continue this experience… helps with LIFE!

We seem to be getting massages more often these days and it’s taken us all over Dallas. We came here because it’s nearby and we got a flyer in the mail. We were pretty impressed and signed up for a membership.
I can usually gauge the effectiveness of the massage when I wake up the next day and my muscles are sore. They tell you that you should drink lots of water and you might feel sore. Of the two massages I’ve gotten here the first did give me that sore feeling but the second was far from it. My masseuse was not a deep tissue masseuse at all and I walked away thinking, «what happened?» I think part of it was our fault, my wife had scheduled the appointment and she might have been the only one available for me.
Since then we’ve been trying to get massages last minute and we’ve been having a hard time scheduling a good time. Either we’ll run into a bad time or a therapist that didn’t do the type of massage we wanted (sports and deep tissue).
Today the wife and I decided it was about time to get a massage and she called.
«do you have availability for two today? „
Elements:“ yes, we have an opening at 8p»
«oh. Do you have two individual appointments available? «
Elements: «yes, one at 3 and one at 4»
«would the therapists be able to do deep tissue and sports?»
Elements: «We don’t have a therapist for deep tissue and we should have one for sports. I’ll need to check.»
«Um. Okay, we’ll have to get back to you know that. «
Elements:» I’m sure we could get you in tomorrow… «
“okay. We’ll let you know. Thanks.»
I will say that they run a tight ship. Everything is in tip-​top shape, the therapists are professional as is the front desk. We talked to the owner, Steve, and he took the time to listen to us and give us the nickel tour.
If it wasn’t for the scheduling problems, this place would be 5 stars. When we want a massage, we want a massage and if we can’t get one within a reasonable time frame, it just doesn’t make sense to have a membership here. Sorry Elements, we just couldn’t make it work.

I LOVE this place. They give affordable massages here that are high quality. I love coming here on my Saturdays, they always have fresh fruit infused water, and Andes mints after your massage — it’s the little things :). While they are not a full on «robe and slippers» spa experience since they just do massages, it is perfect for a good massage at a great price.
I personally go to David a couple of times a month and for a girl who has had a TON of massages in my life, he gives one of the best, if not the best massage I’ve ever had. I highly recommend him even though I don’t want more people making it hard for me to get in to his schedule :) …
