This location has the worst customer service. The cashier was so rude. I will try to avoid this location whenever I can.

I would never get my prescriptions done here again. I had a hell of a time trying to, not only get my prescriptions, but even get them even accepted. The attendant, Israel, was rather unprofessional. He rudely commented about my having to fill 5 prescriptions, saying«you take a lot of medicine» and«lots of work for me, huh?’ I waived it off. I had to work to get them to even contact my doctor to verify my medicine. I was told I’d get a call with a price quote and to tell me when my meds were ready. No call was ever received. I came to get my medicine the next evening, 24 hours later, and the attendant said, «oh let me get it». I preceded to wait 20 minutes to watch him fill it right then. This place is awful and the customer service of the pharmacy sucks. I transferred to Walgreen’s ASAP and now have a very bad taste in my mouth about CVS.

This is a very old CVS! The staff here is always nice but that is about it. I am about to complain about the photo kiosk at this location. YES! I want to actually print a photo… and yes, people still do this! So, if you are coming here for the photo print kiosk, it is broken and they state that Kodak will not replace the part due to their(Kodak’s) bankruptcy. The guy who was assisting me mentioned that it has been this way for a while and that there is no ETA on getting fixed. That is fine, I understand this issues; my issue is why does this store allow online photo options for print in the store availability when that is not an option. REMOVE photo option from the website CVS!
