Chipotle Mexican Grill

This is the second bad experience I’ve had with this location. The first time we ordered and paid online and I sent a young employee to pick it up. She came back and told me that they were trying to get her to pay again and that they had treated her like she did something wrong. I didn’t take much stock in it because, well frankly it was second-​hand from a young employee.
Today I waited until 2pm to let the lunch rush die down. I was the only one in line and there were maybe 3 men eating in the restaurant. The man behind the counter was friendly and nice, but he was not paying attention at all. No fewer than 4 times did he try to add something to my burrito that I didn’t want. By the 4^th time I felt like a I was being rude for having to stop him in mid-​air again, but he wasn’t listening. Then at the end I asked for chips and guac. The checker took my money but when I looked at the receipt she hadn’t charged me for them. I asked for them again and she looked at me like I had done something wrong. The manager asked me if I got guac on my burrito which I didn’t so he said, «Well, good for you. You got it free then.» I thought he was being nice because he realized the mistake, but the checker rang me up anyway. It was just an unnecessary cluster all the way around. They weren’t even busy. They were just in a hurry and not paying attention.

Not gonna lie, I am a little nervous about Chipotle after all the recent happenings, but if the government says they are ok again they must be, right?
What really drew me back was the coupon for a free burrito or bowl. I guess it is their way of saying «try us out and if you get sick, it was on us anyway». Seriously, some marketing campaigns I get but don’t get at the same time… but hey it worked and here I am!
Food was good, fresh and the same it was several months ago when I last visited. But the truth is, because of the scare I have learned to live without Chipotle… no pun intended.

I really love the pulled pork bowls (when the restaurant is fortunate to have pork available). I understand that supply can depend on market conditions fitting Chipotle’s high standards for the food served. I really appreciate the opportunity to dine out or stop for «take out» food, that I believe is more healthy than at many other fast food chains. Thanks!

I like chipotles food but like after I eat it I just feel so bad, my stomach always hurts after I eat it and I always have a bad stomach the next day,

I love chipotle. Let me just say there was a smelly bum that dropped off his bags right outside the door then proceeds to walk inside get free soda from the machine then his smelly self walks up to me and ask me about the weather.
Oh and j waited a good 2 minutes while the kid was taking care of an order that wasn’t even present. In the service industry if there is a customer right in front and you take care of them before you work on the order that is not even there. Thanks

Softball team showed up at 9:41 pm to get some grub… doors were locked and all the chairs were on top of the tables… doors said it was open until ten. I bet owners love that they’re closing early.

This is one of the worst Chipotles I’ve ever been to. In fact, it is one of two Chipotles I have visited that were consistently bad. I used to live close to this one and almost every time I went it was way below the taste and quality of Chipotle in general. There were a few times I went where it was just fine, but too many times there was something lacking.

My husband and I are fans of Chipotle generally. The steak and chicken are great — can’t go wrong with a burrito, bowl, tacos or salad. I like that this location offers brown rice as I have been to some that do not. This location has been great every time I have been. There is never a long wait, it’s never very crowded even during peak times Service is always quick and friendly and never had any problems. My only complaint is the share location/​parking lot with Starbucks can sometimes be a hassle.

This location has awesome customer service and their food is great!!! I’ve been to several chipotle locations and this one is very clean and properly ran! When I am in town I will make sure to always stop at this location!

Chipotle has been a go-​to food joint for me since I fell in love with the first one I ate at, many years ago… Nonetheless, this location is particularly good at their service and the ingredients are fresh and tasty!
The main downside is the insanely small amount of parking they have to share between them and a Starbucks next door. Other than that, you are getting exactly what you pay for – a delicious Chipotle burrito with extra chicken and guacamole.

Awesome Mexican food. Burrito or the bowl a must try here. Chicken burrito is $ 8. The servers are very generous in giving you extra portions. Been to chipotle like four to five times but never got disappointed. For Mexican cuisine Chipotle would be my primary choice.

This is one of the best Chipotle locations I’ve been to. The crowds aren’t usually too bad during lunch time either. The staff is friendly. I always get the burrito bowl with chicken. The last time I went, they were out of chicken. I ended up getting steak instead. These things happen. When it reached the point of paying, I got my card out but the staff said that this one is on them because of the wait.
WOW…I was not expecting that at all. This treatment of customers is the reason why I go to this location.

Ordered online with a couple other coworkers. Food was great portion wise and ready when we arrived. Awesome. Thank you.

One of the best chipotles I’ve come to in a while. Sizes of our orders were damn good and we really liked how the service was while getting our orders. Here right now with two brothers of mine and they seem to really enjoy it also. They say it’s been a long time since they had come to a chipotle restaursnt and they are very satisfied! Will be coming here quite often. Probably every weekend! Lol

I was excited when we moved in for a chipotle. However, this location is very below the typical standard. We have been there a few times and I honestly thought maybe chipotle had lowered their standards but I realized it’s just this location. Fatty steak, avocado skin in the guacamole, inconsistent salsa flavor. I do not patron this location anymore, there’s also never a line so other people might be feeling the same way, I don’t know. Big disappointment

Oh man this chipotle is the bees knees, it is so great. They load your burrito or bowl up and of course everything tastes delicious and is up to chipotles high standards. They are also super friendly. Thankfully, like most chipotles they have an out door area to sit and eat at which I prefer but only when it’s not 150 degrees. The only thing is you will need to have is cash on hand because there are homeless people hanging out every time we go. They are friendly and really seem to just be looking for spare change so it doesn’t bother us at all, we help when we can, and sometimes get nice conversation out of it.

Love this location. It’s clean and right next to a Starbucks :) so there is free Starbucks wifi inside. They sell all the usual Chipotle menu items including a kid’s menu, patrón margaritas, sauza margaritas, and beer.

I went when they opened the place. It was delicious, The burritos were a must have. The salad is good too. The one thing I like is that you can customize your burrito. No wait at all.

Always good fast Mexican food.

No complaints here! The food is delicious, the staff is kind and quick, the place is clean (and still smells faintly of fresh paint), and I’m lucky enough to work next door to it. Mmm.
