Love the value had a 20 off friends and family. But wasnt satisfied with the third party delivery service that the company use. The guy is abusive and will try nickel and dime you. If you can get your own. He doesn’t treat big lots customers professionally!

Went for my usual pickup of snacks and miscellaneous item for my sons. It’s always clean and well stocked with everything you could need from food, soap, towels, kitchen items or furniture. One stop shop and great prices. Name brand items and off brands but definitely deals to be had! I come here twice a month to restock and catch sale items or after holiday goodies. Good location and plenty of parking. 20 – 30 dollars and boys are covered for a few weeks. Single father life saver with boys who don’t stop snacking.

Never again. I went in this store this Saturday pm, to pay cash for some pet supplies. I stood in the first checkout line for 20 minutes until the cashier turned off the light and walked away. In the second line the befuddled cashier hadn’t finished the first in line in 10 minutes. I had frozen food in my car, so I put down my purchases and walked out.
This service almost makes Sears look good!

This is one of the Big Lots I go to when I want to vacantly peruse a huge store full of deals. This one and the one in Plano are both huge relative to the Dallas location. At this one, they even have mattresses and furniture, as well as a FREEZER AISLE! What? I know, insanity.
The staff at this store are really friendly and helpful, which isn’t not true of the staff at the Dallas store, it’s just a little more suburban at this Big Lots. The aisles in this store are alarmingly narrow though, so if you get a cart, be ready to navigate the maze.

This big lots is filled with extremely friendly and helpful workers. That is rare for Big Lots. This one has lots of discount items anything from electronics, food, clothes, home décor, and even furniture. You never really know what you will find.

Great buys for many items you would need for your home. They have a 20% coupon they will email to you often. Sometimes they have Sundays which you get 20% off your whole purchase or as long as you have a big lots card. It’s worth it to have one. Great place to get stocking suffers as well.

Love me some B-Lots! They always have unreal prices and stuff that you could make up a reason to need if you are a little flexible — don’t expect to find the same thing twice like at any discount store.
If you can hit one of the 20% off store-wide Sundays they have you are golden (sign up for their email list to get in the know). Groceries, home décor, garden, off brand electronics, furniture… it’s ALL good.
Friendly staff and convenient location.
