I was relocating BACK to Dallas after a terrible experience of living in Austin for over a year. Things change quickly in the big D and I was really struggling trying to find an apartment.
Pat of Big D Apartments came to my rescue! Awesome service, very knowledgeable of the properties and a big help. Even made a few phone calls on my behalf to a property when I was getting conflicting information from the leasing agent.
Maneuvering Dallas can be overwhelming for anyone, much less someone new to the area.
I HIGHLY recommend using Big D Apartments to find a new home!

They were great to work with and very quick to respond when you’re first looking for an apartment. They even promise a $ 150 rebate check if you use their services. Sounds great, right? It was until they refused to answer my phone calls and e-​mails. It’s been 3 months and I still haven’t received my rebate check and I still can’t get in touch with anyone– despite constantly calling and e-​mailing. I will never use them or recommend them to anyone again. AVOID THIS COMPANY!
