This place has gone way downhill since it was under a different name. During a recent service call, the tech was condescending and insolent. He also threw up his hands pretty quickly and declared that the hard drive just needed to be «wiped clean» at their shop. Another service came out, quickly removed the hard drive and said it was «toast». They installed a new hard drive on the spot and were able to use Mozy to put on the new drive. The 360 IT employee simply did not want to spend much time working on the issue.
I will NEVER Use 360 again. PC Housecall was Great… The new folks are pure corporate and want small jobs with big prices…

I noticed this IT company by turning in my rental car over at Enterprise which is directly next door to them. I walked in and was informed by Kimberly the business manager that they do repair laptops and computers and offer a variety of services. I told them I would bring my laptop in the next day so I did. I asked them to transfer data to a new laptop I purchased from my old one as well as setup the new computer. Everyone was so friendly Arsen the depot technician gave me a call and updated me during the entire process and the turn time was unbelievable; I had it back the next day. The data was transferred so well it was as if it was still my old computer, everything was exactly where I wanted it to be. Phenomenal company, highly recommended!
