What a great experience! Words can’t express how welcomed and relaxed the staff at Riverside in Ridgefield Park made me feel. I am a mom of a three-​month-​old little girl. As a mom I was a little hesitant to getting my baby girl’s ears pierced. I had my concerns and didn’t want to make her experience pain at such a young age. Melissa and Karla were amazing. They answered all of my questions and were super gentle with her. I would definitely recommend this office and staff to anyone that is looking for help and little extra attention.

Where do I begin! My son was up all night crying with fever and pulling on his ear, most likely an ear infection. I call my pediatrician and the doctor doesn’t come in until 12pm how convenient. A friend referred Riverside Medical, I call them at 8am hoping I can get in ASAP. I explained my situation to the young lady on phone and her reply was «Mom what time will you be coming in «that was simply music to my ears, I said I can come anytime? She said yes mom let me know so I can start getting all your stuff ready so that your child doesn’t have to wait. I asked for her name and she said I’m Melissa the office manager. When I arrived the girl in the front named Tashira had a beautiful smile on her face greeting me as if I was the president. The one behind her reached out and gave my son some stickers since she saw the nervous look on his face. I gave them my insurance and they said to come right into the room and finish the paperwork inside. Stephanie greeted us inside the room with another amazing warm smile, she took his vitals quickly and within seconds Dr Tomsa came into the room. She checked him thoroughly and sure enough an ear infection. I asked for medication instead of the antibiotic shot because he hates shots. She gave me the prescription and I was helped to the front by Carla who asked if I wanted her to call in the medication to the pharmacy. I was so grateful to have experienced such a professional office such as Riverside and I thank god my friend recommended them if not I would have been waiting for hours for my doctor to decide to come in and deal with the nasty receptionist. I signed a record release immediately for my 4 children. Thank you Riverside and staff! We love you guys at Ridgefield Park !

Absolutely LOVE the Ridgefield Park Pediatrics office! Being new to the area I needed to take my daughter to a new doctor. Being a teen she is not yet an adult but still more comfortable with a pedi, we saw Dr. Clara Lee — we both just LOVE her! She is so cool, so down to earth, talks to my daughter and myself and explains all so we are clear and understanding of everything. Had to go there one time and Dr. Lee was not available so we saw Dr. Palina, she too was just great! I cannot say nothing negative about this office. From my very 1^st call to make a first new patient appointment (which they gave me that day) to every visit we had, they are all very nice. When I have called each time they gave me an appt for that day. The staff are all so nice and polite too.

I drive 20 min just to go to this office. All the nurses are fantastic and you will get to know each and every one. Recently we went for a sick visit for one of my kids and was evaluated by Cynthia. She was so warm, caring; thorough and listened to my concerns. Thank you Cynthia! We will see you soon for our well visit!
