Service is horrible! My 1st time here and I ordered online and when I got here they gave me attitude and said it’ll be ready at 8pm since i arrived at 7:48pm and then waited till 8:16 to get my food and there’s no dam ac it was hot af waiting in there!

I’ve been to this location a few times now, giving them the benefit of the doubt, but it’s always the same: slow, unfriendly service, longer waits than quoted, and something on the order incorrect. I blame management as there appears to be plenty of staff, but it seems very disorganized. Not going back

The wait was a little long which was fine considering the fact that it was a Friday night, but the cashier was just rude. You could tell she wasn’t interested in customer service, I forgot to ask for my wings extra wet like I normally do and as she handed me the receipt I asked her if she could ask the kitchen and she rudely said«No, you should’ve asked before» and walked away laughing. We got the food and the wings were overly greasy. There was a huge puddle of grease in the box and it even went through the bag. The fries were overcooked and hard, just a sad meal overall.

This is by far the worst wing stop ever. They don’t care if your paying or not. Every time I call it’s always two customers in front of you, let me place you on hold for 30 minutes. I waited 30 minutes for an original 6 piece combo. Wow! Wing stop does not care about their customers bc the reviews alone on this specific store explain everything. Any other company would of made a change. I would clean house.

I love they’re wings! Everyone I’ve visited this location I’ve received great customer service! Some times it takes a little long for my order but when I finally got it. The food is always good!

This is the best wingstop in the area in my opinion. Thats not to say it doesnt have its issues. What i do like is how close it is to home. Theyre open until midnight. Theyre right next to a couple other good places so if friends want something else theyre a quick few steps away. What is challenging about this wingstop is that its too popular. During peak hours it can get so busy that you cant even get in. That has been kind of fixed since they relocated the door entrance to the left side of the building. When the lines get long then you find yourself standing right next to someone as they enjoy their food at their tables. It gets so cramped which is why i have never and will never eat in. I always use the wingstop app and order ahead. The staff are very polite and attentive but they get so busy they often forget to restock the ice and cup lids. Be careful if your gettint multiple drinks to go. They do NOT have drink carriers and they put everything in bjg brown paper bags so it can male for a challenging trip back to your vehicle.

I got so Ill after eating this food am glad my wife drove home as soon I got home vomit for 20 minutes the taste of those french fries full of onions powder and full of other spices plus salt it really was so bad I don’t recommend this !!! Nothing especial .I don’t want a givethem not even one star this is not even consider a food!!! Sorry and I hope you try it and have your own experience for me was the firts and last!!!

If I could rate this place a 0 I would. First let’s start at the register. 1 cashier 4 child in the back and the lead or supervisor telling at her staff. As someone in a leadership role myself, unacceptable in any manner to ream your staff while on the floor. Period, no exceptions. After a 10 – 15 min delay, we ordered. Nothing special there. Food came out in a timely manner and yet again more yelling from the supervisor/manger to staff on the floor in front of all guests including the 5 – 10 people in line. The food itself edible, nice and hot. Not much you can do to ruin that. Drop it in the fryer pull it out when the time goes off. Sauce/season call it a day. Then again as the manager/supervisor is eating her lunch, handling her paperwork she calls for a lobby check because she did not want to get up and take her own plate to the back. I would rather drive the extra 30 mins to go to Rancho Cucamonga for my wings.

I’ve been to another wingstop n it wasn’t as awful as this wingstop in rathole! The service was terrible, over an hour wait to get the food, no meat on the bone, n they scalded our tongues bc they were so salty! Their management team needs to be replaced, the problem with the service n these employees would be resolved then! Not worth going back to this location!

Customer service is terrible I ordered online and online states to approach counter without waiting in line and once I approached the counter Ashley told me to wait in line. Once she got to my order I was asking questions she quickly dismissed my questions and gave me an attitude this girl obviously needs customer service training or is over worked. Ill just do a facts review. 4th time here. Trips 1 – 3 had over an hour wait despite being told 20 min max. HORRIBLE service in every regard. Trip 4 the cashier(mykia) took a phone call order and i just stood there face to face for 10 minutes. After the phone order she was very nice. My food arrived in 5 minutes. The chicken was horribly overcooked. I ate 2 pieces that im not sure had any chicken just batter. The flavors of chicken are great. When the chicken is cooked right its great. The fries are great. Overall i recommend to go somewhere else. I wont be returning.

Pros: Solid food and extremely friendly service Cons: Longer wait than expected, «well done seems» impossible First off, I have visited this same location several times and have always been satisfied. This time I placed my order online at 6:22pm. Order was scheduled to be ready at 6:42pm. I arrived for pick up at 6:45pm and was behind 6 – 7 other people in line. They were utilizing only one cashier. I made it to the front of the line at 6:55pm and was greeted by an extremely friendly cashier. She went over my order, item by item, item to insure accuracy. Everything was in the bag as ordered. She was kind enough to offer advice that would save me some money on my next order. My food was solid, fries, Mango Habanero and Original Hot Wings, all ordered well done. For some reason well done seems impossible. I always ask, but it never happens. Overall my experience was good. I will visit again.

Despite my very deep frustration, I’ll stick to only the facts: 1. Placed our order at 5:42pm … Quoted time to be ready 6:06pm … Received the order at 7:00pm 2. Three of the four tea flavors in the tea dispenser dispensed only water and the unsweetened tea dispensed extremely watered down tea the entire time we were there. Poured it out and my wife had Dr. Pepper 3. The paper towel roller at the counter was empty for the entire time we were there. I went to Jersey Mikes next door to get napkins 4. Three of the Nine tables had trash on them. They got cleared an hour and fifteen minutes after we arrived. The employees clear the tables, not the customers as there is no trash cans 5. Our fries were extremely greasy and lacked seasoning despite ordering seasoned fries 6. The baked beans were good as was my wife’s lemon pepper wings and my Cajun wings 7. They were out of forks the entire time we were there 8. My son and his wife ordered separately but their fries were just as bad as ours 9. My sons lemon chicken tenders were good 10. Two of the three BBQ chicken tenders that my daughter in law received were pink inside /raw. They tried to reimburse her for just two tenders instead of her complete combo meal, but they finally reimbursed her for her combo meal 11. My beer and my sons beer were good 12. Our cheese sauce was good 13. The place was so packed as people were waiting for an hour to an hour and a half to pick up their dine-in and take-out orders you couldn’t get to the counters and many of them took up tables even though they were not dining in. I’m sure it exceeded the fire marshals maximum occupancy limit 14. I would give 0 stars if I could 15. We won’t be returning to this location 16. I posted several pictures and tips

Horrible service!!! My wings were over cooked and not edible. After calling and advising the manager he said he would refund the meal. Today I called back to get the wings replaced and the manager, JEFF told me there was nothing he could do I still have the receipt and I am in the process of pulling the audio to verify who I spoke with. He told me «walk in and get the phone number for corporate off the board» Not only do their wings suck but so does their customer service. Needless to say my co-workers and I will never go back– Buffalo Wild Wings here we come!

Fix lighting on storefront signage. Otherwise, seems as if it’s closed! I give up on this place. Three strikes and you’re out! Such high hopes for this place and what a let down. I’ll go to Buffalo Wild Wings instead.
