This place is for brown folk… I mean for real… I believe my white friends will be a tad freaked out… but you have to go in ready to experience legitimate«abuelita» home cooking with no flair! There is no AC, it’s in a danky looking spot, there’s some serious and often times loud banda music playing… but at the end of the day… the food in ONPOINT! You have to take this place for what it is… it’s not supposed to be, and will never be, a «classy 5 star» place… it’s a small humble mom and pop shop. Embrace it. The service is great, a bit slow, but they are kind and friendly, and again… those baleadas are OMG delicious. Order ahead… the food is worth the wait, fresh and made to order. I think if they tried a bit, they could spiffy the place up a tad, and make it more inviting… but as far as service and food… I wouldn’t change one bit!

Excellent food! Great starter chips with fancy sauce. Not good for groups… they only had two people working and our group of 8 may have overwhelmed them as plates came out one at a time spaced by 5 minutes. Workers were great and very sweet. Definitely coming back!

Hidden in a corner is this lil gem of Honduran food. The food is made when you order it, not under some heat lamps. They have a good selection of plates as well as native beers. The people are super nice and courteous. The prices are good as well. The plate I liked very much was the pollo frito con rajadas. The only thing advice is to order ahead of you’re real hungry, because it takes a while to get your food, but well worth it the wait. I give it thumps up. The reason for the 4 stars and not the 5 is because it took a while for us to gotvthm check and pay to leave. But a 5 for anything that matters.

Awesome new place that has Mexican tacos, burritos and my favorite the Hondurian Baleadas I no longer have to drive to LA to get such rich flavors.
