If you are considering hiring Cuqui to manage your HOA or property, just know there are some caveats. A few years ago I would have given her five Unilocal stars. Right now I would give her one. I am giving her two stars because she has some good things in her favor. First, I have found her to be a financially honest manager, and there is a LOT to be said for that. Her policies for your board are acceptable and seem to be in keeping with the state’s laws, so, again, there is something to be said for that. But as far as dealing with homeowners, it’s dicey. She interprets the board’s published language to suit her convenience and «control issues» rather than the stated policy of a resolution’s language or adopted rule. There is a tendency for her to act in a personally disrespectful manner toward you if she does not like you or assumes you are part of one faction or another. There is a serious issue with the failure to respond to letters, phone calls and faxes. I would like to see some effort at simply replying, if not resolving minor issues.
In her defense, our particular board can be rather sketchy and our HOA is, overall, a mess. She has undoubtedly worked with better boards and properties than ours. My opinion is that this is a case of getting what you pay for: She doesn’t charge us an arm and a leg and we don’t get good service.
All things considered, I can’t give her a One Star because I wouldn’t steer people away. But I can’t give her a Three Star simply because it’s a push-​come-​to-​shove effort to get replies. Who wants to spend the money sending lawyer letters for trivial matters? Unilocal states it best in its Two Star description: «Meh. I’ve experienced better.» So «Two Stars» is what I think is fair to rate Majestic Property Management.

Horrible property management. No real interest in the community only in collecting money. I regret ever purchasing a home in this community. You get treated rudely and unprofessionally and are basically on a need to know basis as far as they are concerned. Do not waste your time or hard earned money purchasing a home here unless you want to be bossed around and bullied by some people that think they are better than you. Any idea to improve the community has always been knocked down and rejected. What kind of property management company discourages community watch programs? Stay away!

Cucui, the business owner is the most unprofessional person I’ve encountered. Be carefull to do business with this company, she screams and is highly offensive and will attack you personally.
