Hector’s Smog Check

They told me one price over the phone then a different one in person then a third person gave me a higher price. Place is definitely shady. Last time I take it to these gente chueca.

It’s that time a year again, smog check time. I was in Rialto and found this place randomly by searching smog shops near me. Upon my arrival I can see that this place is located in one of those automotive, engineering, industrial type shopping centers. We’ve all seen em. Anyway, I was greeted by, who I thought was the receptionist, Melissa. Very nice and helpful. She got me all registered then started working on my car! Mind you, this is a normal looking chick, girly looking. Like I said, I thought she was the receptionist. Turns out she’s the technician. Hahaha and the mechanic looking guy is her assistant! Go figure. Anyway. It’s pass it don’t pay here (awesome!!) and I was in and out in a jiffy. $ 50 boom! Come here if you live close by.

We have been going to Hector’s for years. They do an excellent job and get you in as quick as possible. We continue to use them because they are reasonable and they are very nice people. They used to service our 1990 motor home and gave us a great price. We just sold the motor home, but have 2 cars, a van and 1 small truck. I will continue using this shop until they shut their doors!
