Price for the repair was very reasonable. The technician that came in was respectful and professional. He did an excellent job. They came in the same day! I would recommend them to anyone who needs an appliance repaired. Great work!

Good: They showed up when they said they would to repair my gladiator refrigerator that all that other repair company’s said they would not work on. I was also happy that the service fee was only $ 45 and they would put that towards the cost of the repair. I has also happy with the technician and how thorough he was with showing me what the problem was and how he fixed it.
Bad/​Ugly: Charged $ 195 for an hour and half of work and then had the audacity to ask for a $ 10 cash tip, not once but twice. I will never call this company for service again.
