Dairy Queen

Stoping through the area and wanted ice cream boy was this a mistake. First off the sign said the closed at 10:00 pm but they closed the Koby at 9:15 pm and said drive thru was open. So we proceeded to enter drive thru and placed an order which was all messed up. Went to door to explain our order was wrong and they said go back thru drive thru. Normally this wouldn’t be an issue but there were ten cars in line which was about the same when we were in line which was about 15+ minute wait. So we said forget it not worth the wait. I really hope the owner or manager sees this to fix this problem. Not sure if this is what happens on a daily basis but it’s not cool.

We came in as it was closing and they still lest us eat after the lobby was closed. Gina was really sweet!

It’s very, very, very rare that I come to DQ. I come strictly for the mini blizzards. I just noticed they sell Orange Julius here. Need to try it to see if it’s any good. I’ve tried other items and everything else is not good. The speaker at drive thru sucks and employees are not that friendly. The only complaint I have about the blizzards is that I’m not even half way home when their already melting.

Bad service. Uneducated employees. I work in retail and I know that the costumers happiness always comes first, obviously DQ doesn’t have those kind of values. Just lost my business, hope this DQ closes. It’s dirty and ghetto anyways.

This place is great and my kids love it! We eat everything they make here. Love the chicken strip baskets and fries.
The milkshakes are amazeballz!!! The things they do with ice cream are mind boggling! Whenever I’m depressed and sad this place gives me the cures.
The drive thru can get very busy and sometimes that can be due to staffing. I see them short staffed at times. So be patient.
Great place to eat despite its a place that’s looks Ike Meth labs. LOL

Good location. The staff is always friendly. It’s a little slow sometimes, but other than that I’ve never had a bad experience here.

Busy but it was hot outside. I had the $ 5 buck pack not bad. Pretty good service. I think they forgot about my foods

Always get good service here, tried the new Jurassic park blizzard it was good but my usual is chocolate extreme blizzard it s the bomb for you chocolate lovers it has brownie bits so yummy I also like the chicken strip box it’s very good for it being fast food it’s a bit pricey though it does not come with a drink

Very slow. There was a total of 3 employees. Although they were very courteous, they still took their sweet time. I waited almost 15min to get an ice cream cone. Also, their menu shows a shrimp basket with fries and cole slaw, I ordered that and I got 5 baby shrimp and no cole slaw. I asked where the cole slaw was and they said «oh we don’t have any». *general customer service tip, advise on the menu change during the order.
I will not be returning to this DQ.

Worst Dairy Queen

My family and i love to come her on Sunday and we have been coming her for a couple a years now in the day and night. i have notice that we get good costumer service during the day and at night its a whole other story yesterday 1÷26÷15 we decided to go i always order a Recces pieces blizzard with added brownies and of course that’s extra OK so my complain is that other than the fact that they took forever as we were driving home i notice no brownies first thought their probably at the bottom but no nothing (and cup is large size) nothing but plain recces ice cream other days i would of just brushed it of but i was really mad because the person attending us was a young male was really rude he have that type of attitude that said i hate my job asked for napkins literally gave me 3 but anyway i call in and a girl answers and apologize and tells me i could go back and get a new one never mention to bring back the ice cream i already had (by the way what the hell are they going to do with a melted ice cream) keep in mind i live on border line rialto/​san bernardino my husband says really were going back but at this point im thinking sh*t its the least they can do right! we drive back and before they hand me the new ice cream witch was made already a girl asks me for the old one REALLY! oh and the rude guy never came to the window! was in the back the whole time manager was called and had somewhat of a mild fit telling me they need the old ice cream because people do this all the time First thing im not one to complain but on this visit it was just bad i basically told her i paid for an extra item and im going to get what i paid for and at the end of the day if the guy had done his job right none of his would had happen the only reason im writing this review is because the so called manager could of handle this way different instead on accusing me of people do this all the time story so for now on never aging will i come to this dairy queen instead im going to drive to a much further DQ

Really good chain to come and eat and have a blizzard. We went to the drive thru abs I think they need a better Mic or fix it because the worker couldn’t hear us and we order really loud. But that’s not the workers fault. Might be lack on managing funds. But good food and very good ice creams. Love it

The chocolate dipped soft serve ice cream cones are the best! Best stress reliever! And lucky it’s around the corner from my job.
They also have a pre-​made ice cream bar that’s called «Dilly Bar». It taste and has the similar texture as their soft serve ice creams with a hard chocolate shell. They sell them in a box of six so you can enjoy at home.
I don’t know about their food because when ever I need ice cream; it’s Dairy Queen for me.

So rare to see DQ in this part of town, I am happy to see it!
