Man at the fair is RUDE. I seen and heard him call a older woman Crap. Very unprofessional. I walked away. Going somewhere else. What happened to the customer service these days… But then again it’s at the fair. A lot of rude people here.

I just had an experience diametrically opposite to what was reported by the first reviewer. After about 15 years the metal locking latch to the stainless steel cabinet door of my Bull Junior-Q grill broke at my Redlands home, and it needed to be replaced. I called Bull BBQ at its California headquarters office and was told to come on down, for the company had the part in stock, and it was in the range of $ 10 or so to buy. I did so the next day, bringing my broken latch with me. When I met with the rep, he found and brought a new latch to me. When I asked if checks were taken, I was told that I was being given the part without charge. The old latch was then returned to me as a guide for installing the new one. I drove home and was able to install the shiny new latch within a few minutes. In the main office all staff members with whom I came in contact were friendly, and I certainly got good results. It doesn’t get much better than free! Incidentally, although at the time of sale I agonized over the decision to buy a barbecue island, I now consider the purchase of my Bull BBQ grill to have been one of the best purchases I have ever made. This was the first time any repair has been needed in over a decade of use. Steaks and grilled corn cook beautifully on the grill, and it has brought me, Diane, family, and friends much poolside enjoyment over the years. If I ever decide to buy another outdoor grill, it will be a Bull BBQ grill!

We purchased stainless steel double doors directly from the BULL dealer in Temecula, CA. We felt quite confident about our purchase after getting the sales pitch from the dealer. He went on & on about the BULL warranty– how they keep all our info. on file and if there was ever a problem, BULL stands behind it’s products– quality, local(Rialto, CA) ownership, etc. THEN, the doors began to rust– the entire door was covered with rust on the inside! Keep in mind, we live in very dry southern California and we also have the doors located where they are covered from any elements– annnd it was the inside of the doors. This rusting happened about 4 – 6 months after we installed the doors. The very same person who originally so cheerful– and confidently– sold us our grill, doors, etc, became cold and difficult to deal with. We called in to ask the process to get this taken care of and were referred to person in the company warehouse at the main office. After 3 months of emails back and forth shifting blame, telling me to clean the doors, insisting I was doing something wrong and ultimately telling me the doors will rust even though their primary sales pitch was– stainless steel… reliable warranty… etc. etc. etc… I eventually brought the doors in as the one year anniversary was closing in but they again insisted there was nothing they could do– sorry. They then went on to tell us that unless we had all the original paperwork, nothing could be done– regardless. My husband reminded them at the time of purchase they asked for all our customer info. for this very purpose. They refused to even look stating unless he had a receipt he would have no way of tracking our info in the computer. My husband pointed out their computer system was pretty high-tech and insisted he could search sales history by our last name! Not too difficult with today’s computers! Since there was another customer in the store, he reluctantly agreed. Sure enough! We were the only people in the system with our last name. They had all the info– date of purchase, address and all contact info and it had been under a year’s time so ultimately agreed to order us new doors. Bottom line, get EVERYTHING they tell you in writing. Rusting of the doors should not have happened in the first place and replacement should never have been so difficult. I am disappointed in a product and company that claims to be superior to it’s competition, yet treats it’s customers so poorly. We thought we were purchasing more than just a door, but a brand that would stand behind their products– that is why we paid so much more than we would have for another brand.
