Not in My life have I seen a more ignorant flamboyant person in my life straight up ignorant what a capital I do you drug test your employees because the dude smelled like he just smoked a joint

We purchased our house a couple of years back and it already had Angelus Block pavers, which we love. However, we have been working around the house and I made some changes, which required some additional paver components. I sent an email to Angelus Block service, and received a very quick reply from Dennis at the Rialto shop. He was excellent; amazingly responsive, professional and handled my needs perfectly. He followed up with me and always did exactly what he said he would do.
I will recommend their products and service to anyone!

I have to admit that I just lucked out several years ago, to using interlocking pavers brand called Angelus Pavers in my walkways.
I used the paver installer company (who will be reviewed) several years ago and was happy with their work. Now wind forward to this moment. After calling these paver installers (who I paid an enormous amount of money to; or at least in my personal experience it was a lot of money — maybe not to them, but to me), I wanted to do 2 small patios which was a total of 310 ft.
GUESS WHAT! the paver installers informed me that it was too small and they needed to have at least 450 ft.
After getting pretty upset and not wanting to make another mistake with an new paver installer company; I emailed Angelus Pavers through their website for customer assistance.
Dennis Patrick, their salesman emailed me immediately (right after the holidays which was more impressive with the Labor Day Holiday when they could had an excuse they were busy from the holiday rush).
But this wonderful man, Dennis Patrick, he immediately emailed me with all the information I needed to find an recommended paver installer companies who works with Angelus Pavers and would do an «small» job.
WOW! What customer service especially since I also contacted another paver company who never even returned my phone call after we met (another review in the future).
There was a glitch in the Angelus Pavers since they reformulated their pavers to a different shade and it was missing the dark shade which was in my existing walkways but would not match the new patios.
So after getting delivered the new pavers; I took a ride with my now 83 years old mother and we went to Rialo to the manufacturing plant where they have all the styles of pavers in actually set down in the ground in all designs which was amazing to see — which comprises their outdoor display and driveways all in various styles so you get to step on, touch and compare each style and color in the outdoor display which is so large that you are overwhelmed with choices.
This must make the salespeople go crazy having customers try to decide which style and which pavers to go with; but in the long run, a happy customer who really sees what it will look like in their home.
Really, this was the best way in the future if you ever want to see who the pavers really look in person, is to go to their manufacturing plant to see all the designs and all their pavers styles.
It was also pointed out by Dennis that although I could buy directly from Dennis, that when the paver installer buys the pavers, instead of the homeowner, if the paver installer is wrong with the amount of pavers bought, then the paver installer will have to pay the $ 250 fee to transport the new pavers. So of course, I let my paver installer buy it directly from Angelus pavers.
I had texted Dennis because I was really, really upset cause I knew this was going to cost more money… and I know that my new paver installer would be miffed at me because I stopped the entire crew and also they could not finish until I got this problem rectified.
So Dennis offered (which was so wonderful) to talk with my new paver installer owner and I offered to pay for the transportation fees for another new load and also to adjust for his workers being sent home early.
I was able to see the actual pavers with David, another sales associate since Dennis was out to lunch, who kindly discussed in details, David even washed my old pavers that I bought (I wished I kept them in better condition so that we could see the color) –
Note to myself, to put the sample new pavers in plastic (to store for the future without having to wash them in the future) and David came up with the dark paver Mocha to match it.
WOW! Again unbelievable service, David happily helped us and we never felt rushed or being a bother to him. Its a ride from Los Angeles but WELL WORTH IT.
So lucky me, I was blessed to buy an paver brand which really stands behind their product — since I knew nothing about which paver brand is better than other paver brands. I think they have been in business since 1948 — and its shows with their wonderful sales associates and willingness to make things right and happy.
So it really helps to have an brand of pavers which stands behind you for customer service well after you done the job and want to do another project when you finally get the money to do it.
We love Dennis and David and Angelus Pavers for having such wonderful customer service to do it all for me and my 83 years old Mama-​san!
