My opinion has changed over the years. Used to really appreciate having a local pharmacist. When Ray ran the old place, customers were treated much better. Now, you feel like you’re inconveniencing the staff to ask to be waited on. And can’t someone learn how to work the drive thru and the inside counter with better balance? I’m done with going in to buy something and having my transaction be interrupted so the people coming up to the drive thru after me can be waited on first.

I’m boycotting Rhome Pharmacy! Worse service ever! I was shooed me away twice by the pharmacist refusing me service on top of refusing to send a fax for a prior authorization form to my prescriber! Said thing is I know the pharmacist! Very lazy very uncoordinated! Never going back!
