Red Wing Shoe Store

I placed an order for some extended size work boots for my boyfriend about three months ago through someone at this store. After a few months went by I emailed to inquire only to be told that my initial order was never put through. I want to thank Brant for taking care of my boyfriend and I by ordering the shoes and offering us really great customer service.

My fiancé had to come here to get a pair of work shoes. This review won’t be long, we didn’t stay there for entirely too long, and his line of work makes it that he will only wear these shoes every once in awhile… but it deserved a great review anyway.
This small store really shines with its customer service. The man who helped us was amazing. He was super attentive and really educational. You could tell he really believed in his business and the product. He taught us a lot about shoes and how to measure for them… but he did it in a way that even the common person can understand and appreciate. It was really nice. We both really enjoyed our experience in this store and will definitely go back if we ever need to use his services again.
