Pizza Hut

Pretty much your typical Pizza Hut. This location is always busy, especially Friday-​Sunday, which is when most people indulge on pizza anyway. It isn’t the cleanest but the staff are usually kind enough. I think they’ve got some of the weirdest delivery drivers though. I’m not sure what their hiring practices are in regards to delivery drivers but they’ve all been creeps. Eck!

I gave it two stars to be nice i guess genenrally speaking i dont go to this location because everytime i do it seems to be the se issue i order it get there wait see the pizza and its unacceptable

Best part of this Pizza Hut location is just how quickly they deliver to you. I order online and can count on my order arriving 15 to 20 minutes before the estimated arrival time via the website. Fast and reliable for a major chain.

I order from this location at least twice a month. Mainly due to convenience and proximity. Unfortunately it is always inconsistent. Tonight kind of did it in for me though. I placed my order online tonight, as I usually do. My quoted time was 44 minutes. Arrival time was supposed to be 12:14 a.m. After twenty minutes past I called to check on arrival. I was placed on hold and never returned to. I then attempted to call back again, where I was placed on hold again. That call was also never answered. Finally at 1 a.m. (45 minutes after it was supposed to be delivered) it arrived. I answered and kindly told them it was entirely too late. He then scoffed and said «Oh well you placed it online. Those quotes times are never accurate.» I said well I have always ordered online and it has never been that late. I also explained I also called multiple times to check on my order. He then said well «It’s not my fault we only have one driver.» «Did you want it or not?» I just no Thank you. He didn’t even apologize and left. I will never again order from Pizza Hut. 45 minutes late is absolutely ridiculous.

I ordered from this place twice and both times my food was OVER an hour late and was on the verge of being cold. I had to reheat everything before I could eat it. I won’t be ordering from this crap shoot anytime in the future.

This location seems to not have it together when listening to directions regarding address. For some reason, whenever I’ve ordered pizza from this location, they’ve listed my address on Brice Rd. North. I have instructed these guys several times to remove the «north» off of my address.
This last time, the same exact problem occurred. I instructed the woman who answered the phone to remove the «north» from my address. She said she did. About 45 minutes later, the driver called… LOST! BECAUSE THEY DIDN’T CORRECT MY ADDRESS AFTER SEVERAL REQUESTS! This is the 3^rd time this has happened.
When the driver called I told him not to bring me cold pizza. He showed up at the door and said, «It’s still slightly warm…» Terrible service. The pizza was freakin’ cold! This should’ve been free! This issue wasn’t the fault of the driver’s in any way; but come on… cold pizza is only good in the morning to cure a hangover!

Pizza hut is a well known pizza establishment. We ordered take out twice in the last week of the pizza hut pan pizza and the wings and waffle fries from the Reynoldsburg location.
Both times the pizza has been high quality an exactly as ordered; the stuff pizza hut should be every time. The wings were cooked perfectly and the buffalo sauce is better than average, especially for a large chain like pizza hut.
I had to rate them a four out of five because of their waffle fries… Normally, you would think a waffle fry is mostly potato or at least consist of some potato. Unfortunately, the waffle fries I received both orders were dried up crunchy excuses for even regular fries…
You can’t go wrong with pizza hut, especially this location, but skip the lame waffle fries.

Have ordered pizza pick up twice, was ready both times. For price and amount of food, don’t think Pizza Hut can be beat. No eat in dining at this location.
