It’s got to be pretty bad to get 1 star from me. We came in this evening. There were maybe only 6 other tables in the restaurant being such a «cook out» holiday. There were a plethora of staff walking around, yet it was 3 or so minutes before we got a waitress. I think rolls are complimentary because the table beside us received some, so we asked about them and got some after the salads came. Iced tea was weak and I couldn’t get a refill because they had run out and had to make more, gladly opted for a different beverage. Angry looking bus-boy parading around the restaurant swinging his towel made it hard to feel welcome. Lots of employee chatter and unprofessional behavior behind the counter. The ribs were lovely. Steaks were rather harshly seasoned. The icing on the cake was the ladies restrooms. Both hostesses entered and exited the bathroom during our visit, one had emptied the trash so I’m assuming she was to check the facility, no. There was fecal matter on the wall and floor behind the toilet. Smelled awful. There won’t be a next time. This place needs a complete overhaul.

Tried for the second time because we had gift cards. Still the same horribly cooked steaks. Every one was ordered medium rare and came out so well done the edges were burnt. On top of that, the service is SLOW. Never again, next year I’ll re-gift the gift cards.

First, let me preface this review with two things: I am not one to complain and this isn’t the first issue I have had with this restaurant. We frequent this restaurant often. The service has always been quite slow. I am willing to over look that for a quality meal. Tonight, we came early(knowing you would be busy with Father’s Day). At 5:15 you were on a 1.5 hour wait while I could count seven empty tables within eyesight. You had two and four tops open. We were a party of 5. We would have gladly say at a four top with a chair on the end. Your hostesses were ARGUING with another customer about his ‘reservation/wait’. Your hostesses seemed clueless and argumentative. When I inquired about all the empty tables and lots of people waiting the answer was because you had several large parties. Shouldn’t that be expected on a holiday? Shouldn’t you have been staffed to accommodate the needs of your customers? I have overlooked slow service in the past. With so many dining options in the Pickerington/Reynoldsburg area, you shouldn’t be trying to alienate your customers. We headed on over to Longhorns(who was much busier) and waited 15 minutes. So far that experience has been exceptional.

Overall unimpressive. The tea was so weak it was nearly clear. The waitresses did bring some hot tea and ice to make our own. The sweet potato fries were covered in sugar and the burger was dry and overlooked rendering both inedible. Finally they charged to switch out a side, something they neglected to tell us would happen.

2÷9÷2015UPDATE. The manager of this establishment contacted me and we discussed the issues and she invited us back in to see if she could win us over. We had an excellent waitress this time around, food was great and this is more of what I expect of Logans. We will return and I have changed my star rating to reflect this visit. — — — — –

The potato soup was great. I ordered the talapia which had a great flavor but the chip strips were stale. The loaded baked potato was good. All of the food I ordered was not really hot. The rolls were great. Good and hot. That was the hottest thing I had. I have had better food at other Logan’s. This was just average. Service was not great.

To start things off, the group I was with was seated at a booth that was along the outside wall… nothing wrong with that, except oops, the hostess forgot to mention that the wall had just been painted. Our waiter was kind enough to let us know about this and also move us(after my girlfriend’s brother had discovered paint all over his jacket). Waiter(forget his name) did an admirable job and had drinks full constantly, along with apologizing for the hostess having seated us in wet paint. I had a ribeye, it was cooked fine temp wise but was not seasoned at all. Side salad and onion petals were fine though. Both gf and and her brother seemed to enjoy their meals. I do have to note that the manager did come out and offer to pay for the dry cleaning bill in regards to my girlfriend’s brother’s coat, which was nice of her. Might try it again if I’m in the area but definitely would say go to Longhorn or Outback instead.

Popped in here while on a family visit back in Ohio. Hostess was lovely and seated us quickly. However, the waiter didn’t come around for a while and when he did he ignored our table and went over to take care of two young women who had been seated about five minutes after us. Server was pleasant and quick with drinks and bread. The problem was with the food to be honest. Salad had a considerable amount of wilted iceberg lettuce in it, wasn’t worth the effort to eat. Then the good came out after a considerable amount of time. Steak was completely overcooked and also cold. I had ordered the steak medium and then ribs to go with it. Both were cold when they arrived(a different server had tried to give them to two other tables before she eventually found us). When our original server returned and asked about the meal I told him that to be frank it was cold and go please re-do it. Nice kid, he apologizes and takes it back. A few minutes later the manager returns and apologizes saying he put the food back on the grill to heat it up. Now the food is warm but completely tough and nearly inedible. Would never return. I realize it’s not a high end place, but this level of service is not acceptable.

Got the«Heart Healthy» Salmon dish(which is supposed to be the same as the regular salmon entrée, minus the spices/seasoning added). My two sides were Sweet Potato Fries and a side salad. Verdict? I still could barely taste the salmon — way too much seasoning :(The SP fries were overcooked, thus had none of the sweet flavor. And the side salad? A watery bowl of tasteless greens.

Great place to have dinner! I’m a big fan of their«anything and everything» salad, but my family and boyfriend love the steak. Always great service and nice restaurant. Down to earth atmosphere. Great for a date night or family night. Cozy fireplace too.

This is one of my favorite restaurants! been their many many times, and am never disappointed. Good appetizers(I like their wings), great steaks, burgers, and dinner entrees, all cooked to perfect order. Their famous baby back ribs are some of the best in Columbus. Dry rubbed, roasted for hours, then finished on the grill with authentic homemade BBQ sauce. They also offer endless peanuts to munch on, and they still let you throw the shells on the floor.

Visited with family for dinner tonight. The best things I had were the complimentary rolls and peanuts. I had the loaded potato soup and the southwestern grilled shrimp appetizer. I like chunks of potato in loaded potato soup, but not such big chunks that I have to cut them, and I like my soup to be hot. The shrimp was also not hot, and it was way overseasoned. The salsa served with it was bland. My son ordered a steak/rib combo. He said they were both overcooked, one of his sides was lukewarm, and the other side never came. If you’re looking for a casual dining steakhouse on the east side of Columbus, go to Texas Roadhouse in Reynoldsburg — the food is way better and not as overpriced.

Stopped here on my way back to the airport to come back to Cali, the Atmosphere is Country like, the Peanuts on the table were great, the waitress was friendly and knew her job, the food fell way short. We got the wing sampler for an appetizer, they were tasty, but a bit soggy not crunchy, the Greek Steak Sandwich was sloppy and the Chibato bread was chewy as hell and to thick. the upside were the home made potato chips they were tasty… I would surf the menu and make a better selection, they have a HUGE menu…

Didn’t know this place existed till I moved to Reynoldsburg. Decided to give it a try and wasn’t disappointed. Menu is your standard steakhouse style. Can get busy during dinner time; 30 minutes is standard.
