Our waitress was nice and did a good job, but my friend’s food didn’t taste good. The chicken sandwich she got only had chicken tender, blue cheese and buffalo sauce with nothing else. My sandwich was dry and plain. Then, the people next to us ordered baked spaghetti and both of them didn’t like it and ate only at ¼ of it. So although the service was good the food was not up to par. I might go and try their pizza because that’s what they are known for but if that isn’t good I am going to give up.

PLEASEREAD!!! Let me say that I almost never write bad reviews. I have 13+ years managing, bar tending and serving in restaurants and can almost always find a way to justify a poor experience; however, this was not the case today. Went to Gratzi’s for the first time tonight. The atmosphere is great, that’s where it ends. Place was not busy at all. Server took almost 10min to come to our table and was either on something or had never served a day in his life. I was told there were no kids meals offered. so I ordered my two preschoolers a corn dog appetizer. to split We were within happy hour and when we specifically asked him if the wines listed on the table tent were included(the table tent was confusing) he said yes. Ordered 3 glasses of wine for the table. burgers were obviously frozen and greasy. Tasted horribly processed Fries were flavorless not cooked. Again. greasy. some with big rotten spots in them that were obviously not the good part of the potato. lasagna was cold in the center. and meal came out one plate at a time. Oh. and the corn dogs included 4 mini corn dogs and fries. When I asked what it was server said«I rang you in the kids meal corn dogs»… I had been told there was no kids meal offerings. ??? and the bill… those wines were NOT on the happy hour and the manager told us in no so many words, shove off, your the server spoke wrong. One of the members of our table is a well known in TV media. He has he power to say great things about a restaurant and it’s seen by thousands of his followers on social media. All this experience did was tick him and the rest of our party off. What a waste of potential good possibility. As one previous reviewer said… «This place wont last long». Wish I would have read the reviews before going.

My family and I tried this place on a whim and let’s just say we were not impressed. Atmosphere was nice, the teenage wait staff was more worried about what was happening on social media and that might have been the worst pizza we have ever had. It was undercooked and our pizzas seemed to come with triple extra cheese which we did not order. This seems to be more of a after work suit bar than an actual restaurant.

The mismanagement in this place is astounding. I sat at the bar across from the register and ordered a glass of water, wine with the intention of having another and pizza. I asked 3 times for a water and after 10 minutes finally asked why I didn’t get water. The bartender said it wasn’t important. So I left and asked asked a hostess for the manager. The manager was the bartender who is also is the owner. So the owner could care less about a $ 30 tab for one person? I don’t expect this place ro last long.

Over the past month, I’ve been here several times. I’ve never had a problem, but I have talked to the bartender. This is a new, family owned restaurant. If you’re at a restaurant, and you’re having a problem you should speak up. My entire bill, a large pizza and 2 beers, was covered over«a practical joke» with hot pepper powder.

I’m giving this place five stars due to the lack of local places in the area. I enjoyed the wings, frankly they were better than the wing place’s across the street. The pizza was really tasty, with a super generous helping of prosciutto on top. The live music was a great surprise as well. One complaint, the lack of craft beer from the draft list. I will definitely support this business again.

Tried the appetizer sampler. Yuck. «Chicken» was just filler, no chicken. Onion rings . We also had a pizza, gross. Didn’t have much to drink, because a server never really came back to check on us. I expected so much out of this restaurant. Decorated nice, wood fired pizza, should be awesome, but it’s not. I was angry I ever gave this place a chance. Will NEVER go back.

Great atmosphere and even better food. The service had always been excellent. We love the White Pizza, the Pizza Arugula, the spinach salad and the Strombolil. The Stromboli is a tad expensive but when you see the size and taste it you realize why it is priced like that. Totally worth it! Best pizza in the area and they have amazing specials.

Great atmosphere, and the server was attentive but slow. The spaghetti was a little over seasoned, but hubby loved his stromboli. My big complaint was that we were there near closing and the servers were cleaning the heck out of the place. I could smell the cleaner and taste it in my food’s gross! I thought she was down wiping down a table but she just kept going. I couldnt breathe we left.

When Gratzi first opened, I was pleased. The lunch special for $ 5.99 was awesome: a small(tiny) cheese pizza and a small salad. The first pizza I got there was perfect. After a few more visits, I realized the ‘perfect’ small pizza was elusive, getting them overcooked more often than perfect. On top of that, the service got worse and worse. I once stood waiting to be seated(I was the only one waiting) for over ten minutes and then walked out. Then they raised the price of the cheese pizza lunch special by $ 2.00 to match the small pepperoni lunch special. Bad tiny cheese pizza for $ 8 and bad service, no thanks! I quit going. It’s been several months, so I thought I would give it another try. Bad idea — the tiny pizza was worse than ever! Burned crust and cheese. The service had improved, at least for that day. On top of that, there was some kind of repairs going on with a reciprocating saw and a sledge hammer. What a racket! The shame is the first pizza I got there was so freakin’ awesome and I miss that Gratzi. Now — Gratzi SUCKS!!!

I thought gratzi meant thank you but obviously in Italian it means I’m sorry! Food, cold and processed… Meatball tasted like old, gray beef! Spaghetti was cold and terrible! Food tasted like it came from a kitchen that doesn’t know how to cook, but tries to «put things together» and look like it tastes good. Service; 1 person for entire restaurant and bar… Quality of food; awful! Setting is nice, has fireplace and very nice setting. Too bad the food and service is SO bad! Lots of tv’s and nice bar but because of food and service; would NEVER come back!

Eating at this establishment was the worse I’ve had in awhile. I was there for all of about 40 minutes to meet someone for a quick late meal. One worker yelled across the parking lot that they don’t have there liquor license. Then once inside, where we weren’t greeted another worker goes we have no liquor license. Then the woman behind the bar, again said we have no liquor license, taking up the majority of the 40 minutes of time I had to talk to the person I was meeting. Then we had to hear all about how long they had no license, it was due by 5pm that night… then a few minutes later miraculously after all of that, workers behind the bar in the phone they had their liquor license and could serve us grown adult woman drinks. When we didn’t care, never cared, and I hadn’t planned on having an adult beverage just wanted to eat my food and catch up in private with the person I was meeting without all this nonsense. The popcorn shrimp I ordered was gross and made my stomach hurt and I paid $ 11-$ 12 with the tip for the above nonsense. I have no plans to return to this establishment. Everything was the worse with the exception of one worker, a man, who nicely said they was supposed to have the liquor license by 5pm, Again I never cared as I had no plans to drink and wasted my money and time going there.

Tried for first time tonight. Comfortable atmosphere with fireplace and tons of TVs to watch games. Nice big bar if that is your thing. This is one of the few places in Columbus that actually has ITALIANSAUSAGE and not generic pork crumbles. Sausage pizza was good and ham pizza was even better… Very smokey. The sauce was good and crust was good on edges, but could have been more crisp on the bottom for my taste. Pizza is cooked in wood fired ovens. The pizza bread appetizers were tasty with a good marinara sauce for dipping. The place is large containing about 18TV s with one real big one over the fireplace. Our server, Dillon, was very nice and attentive. There was a couple of issues in kitchen, but they made it right. A new batch of dough needed to be made which slowed our pizza. Our server kept us up to date so it was ok. Then the paddle broke when they pulled our pizza out of oven and it fell on floor, so they had to bake a new one. …again delaying our food, HOWEVER, they offered us other food while we waited. We ordered a salad and small spaghetti and meatball and then they comped the entire meal. Based on food, friendly service and proper response to problems I recommend them with a 4.

Although i had heard mixed reviews my sister & I decided to try it out and we definitely weren’t disappointed. We started off with the Onion Dip which was hot, cheesy and soooo good. Being gluten free I ordered a personal gluten free pizza Arugula and it enjoyed every bite, by far one of the best gluten free crusts I’ve had in town. My sister ordered a regular pepperoni pizza and was just as satisfied. We definitely will be going back! Great place for food and drinks with friends

Good pizza great gluten free pizza! The gluten free pizza is the best in town, they make the dough not buy pre-made pizzas like others do. The regular dough pizzas are very good and are baked in a very hot oven. The pizzas have always come out baked to perfection. I have only had pizza so I cannot comment on appetizers, my wife rates their spinach salad very highly! They have a full bar and the place is covered with large screen TV’s. The only trouble I have had is the web sight makes it confusing to tell the Reynoldsburg store from the Pickerington store phone numbers.

We liked the atmosphere. It is very nicely decorated. We wanted to try a little of everything so we shared the Hawaiian pizza and Italian hero. Both were good. The kids had pasta and boneless wings. Service was average. Restrooms were extremely cold.

If I could give a half star I would. Waitress forgot about us after we put in our food order. Had to go to the bar to ask for a second beer and never asked to refill my soda. Had to ask for a box because she wouldn’t make any kind of eye contact. Drop and run. It wasn’t busy at all. I think we were her only table for most of our time here. This was our second bad experience with the staff. Food ok, but service not worth going back. Find a new pizza place…

Three of us stopped in for dinner around 7ish on a Friday night. We expected it to be packed considering the day and time, but we were seated in just a minute or two. The décor is nice, but a little strange to me. It’s a mix between an Italian restaurant and a sports bar. Don’t get me wrong, it’s very nice inside, just a weird combo. Anyway, the menu has a lot of options to choose from; from traditional Italian dishes, to burgers, to pizza & calzones. I had the pizza burger, and an order of fries. The burger was good, not mind blowing, but pretty tasty. But those fries though! The fries are more of a fair style. They seemed to be fresh cut, and were absolutely delicious. So, you’ve read this far, and you’re probably wondering why I’m only giving it 3 stars?! The service… oh boy… the service. Look, I try to give servers the benefit of the doubt most of the time, especially on a Friday evening, but I can’t do it this time. I’m pretty sure our server was new, but still. It took every bit of 10 minutes or so to get 2 beers after taking our drink order. Then, probably another 10 – 15 minutes to order. I’m thinking it was close to 40 minutes after that when we finally got our food. The server did stop by once during that time to tell us that the«kitchen was slammed», even though there were still open tables and plenty of open seats at the bar. I’m not sure what the delay was, but at least our food was hot and good when we finally did receive it. If not for the service, I’d say 3.5, maybe 4 stars. I’m sure we’ll give it another go at some point. The fries alone are worth coming back for!

Off menu cocktails are not their strong suit. Went to grab a drink after a concert. I ordered an Irish coffee which consisted of a cup of coffee with Bailey’s(wrong answer) & no whipped cream. My husband ordered a brandy Old Fashioned and ended up with Maker’s Mark and a drink spilt on the table with no napkin. I’m not a bartender by any stretch of the imagination and I know how to make these drinks. We have eaten here before and enjoyed it. Great pizza and okay for other stuff. We just felt like after dinner drinks tonight. Disappointing.

So I’ve only been here once and it was on a Friday night a few weeks ago. I like the interior of the restaurant and that they have a nice patio area. They have a ton of TVs to catch a game and a decent menu. There were 3 of us this particular night and we got seated right away, even on a Friday evening. The service was slow and odd from the jump. I think our server may have been new, but I’m not sure. Once we all got our food, we were happy with it and they have amazing french fries! The Italian twisty rolls as an appetizer are delish also! There were no complaints on the food, but the service never improved. I’ll give it another go at some point and hopefully our guy was just new and inexperienced.

I’ve been to gratzi twice now since it opened and both experiences have been great. We went with a group of 20 people for lunch and they were fast and the food was very good. Everyone liked what they got! The spinach salad add chicken is my favorite.

We were here a week ago, and I was disappointed in customer service. Plus we have waited almost 40 minutes for them to bring out an appetizer and a salad… Burgers took even longer. I did not like the experience at all, they need to do something about the timing and staff.

I can honestly say that it is difficult to screw up pizza, but somehow Gratzi has. I REALLY wanted to love this place considering the ambiance and relative proximity to our house. The crust is very bland and just ruins it. I love a «yeasty» type of crust and this is more like an unseasoned, thick breadstick. In addition, this place is relatively pricey. As for pizza, I will stick to Pizza Cottage or Cucinova.

We’ve been to Gratzis 3 times in the past 2 days, and the food and service we received at the bar from Cherie was outstanding. This afternoon I asked for something a little off the board and Amanda, the shift supervisor, made it happen! She said if they had the ingredients in the store, they would be happy to make it for me. I actually took that meal home, and it was fantastic. I am totally hooked on the spinach chicken salad. It comes out perfect every time. I don’t know what they marinate the chicken with, but it’s delicious and I can’t get enough of it. The over-the-top-fun bartenders make for the perfect casual night out. I’m so glad they decided to put a Gratzis on E. Broad! We’ll be back again soon!

Nice, casual environment. Greeting by the hostess was welcoming and the waitress was exceptional. I ordered the spinach salad with pecans, dried cranberries, a mild goat cheese, chopped egg, bacon and mustard vinaigrette dressing… one of the best salads I’ve ever had. The drinks were reasonably priced and they had several beers on tap to choose from. I’m looking forward to going back to watch games… there are many televisions and they’re all positioned so that any seat is a good seat.

Don’t be fooled by the false advertising, this place has no wood in their«wood fired oven». It looks like an oven that should but it uses gas. The inside is nice and the freestyle coke machine is a plus. Lots of brand new tvs and a nice bar with 15+ choices on tap. We ordered the meat Stromboli and a pepperoni pizza and both tasted great. Prices are a bit on the high side.
