Very few of them are helpful at all. They don’t seem to know much of anything when it comes to their jobs and the services they offer. It takes forever to get the useless help once you do get it. Do yourself a favor and find a different location.

The store was disorganized and unprepared for the iPhone 6 release. Employees told customers whatever they wanted to hear, gave false information on how many phones they received. They did not follow their own plan on letting customers into the store and gave phones to customers out of order. Never again will I wait at this AT&T store for a release. Employee was nice but did not get all the correct information transferred over correctly, calls ring to mine and husbands phone at the same time. Spent over 2 hours on the phone with Apple to correct. UGHDISASTER!!!

I wish 0 stars was an option, because I have NEVER had a good experience in this store. I went in today to get phones for my kids and, as they weren’t due for upgrades, I told the guy I just wanted to get them the cheap go phones and get new SIM cards for them. He obviously doesn’t make any money from that type of transaction, so he actually sent me to walmart to get the phones. Then, I had to go back to this store to get the SIM cards since he didn’t offer to help me with that either. Thankfully, someone else helped me when I came back and, while he was really nice and helpful, once I got home only one SIM card worked. Tomorrow, I’ll be finding another AT&T store to fix my problem.
