AAA Reynoldsburg Pickerington

The clerks were very helpful and friendly. They offered suggestions on trips and the best time to go and take advantage of low prices. I will continue to go there for my travel needs.

I only picked up some up some travel infor, maps and a tour book, but as usual, the staff was very courteous and showed they were interested in what my needs were.

I’ve been to this AAA store a couple times for maps and TripTik guides, and each time has been outstanding! The agents here are very courteous and professional, and they can accommodate any need. I had to add a few stops to my guide, and they did it with ease, one agent even highlighted my entire route, with stops on one of the bigger maps and a smaller map just in case I ventured off course.
I also witnessed a lady who needed a tow truck and the agent at the front desk was very helpful in assisting the lady’s needs. I would go to this store for anything AAA related.
Now for a plug about the program itself. Its not that expensive for the piece of mind of knowing you can get towing if needed; a battery or fuel if the worst case scenario happens. Not to mention, their membership discounts are infinite it seems. Hotels, rental cars, anything travel or shopping related will give a discount for AAA members. All in all, its worth it!

This office has everything you need. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The small shop had things I needed on sale! .
My only negative was to have map shelves higher so bending isn’t needed.
