The. Worst. Avoid at all costs. I don’t understand how they manage to stay in business. And now, an anecdote. I tried to order my daughter’s birthday invitations from them, so I placed the order online. Well they called and said that since there was a copyrighted character (Elsa from Frozen) on them, they wouldn’t print them. Fine. But then they wouldn’t cancel the order or refund my credit card unless I BROUGHT IT TO THE STORE. What the hell? Isn’t it 2015? Why is that necessary? This place is hell.

BAAAAD customer service. Very rude. I was waiting for an hour and a half to get my labels done and the copy and print guy was not able to help and kept me waiting for nothing. He said he had alot of things to do. After that they closed and the manager or supervisor was even worse and was completely rude and accused me of using a product that i didnt take because the print guy did not finish my request. The worse staple ever would never recommend you visiting this store uglllyyy service

Pretty much only come here for their printers, faxing machines and scanners. Faxing was atrociously expensive. All these papers kept coming out. the verification stuff and each one costs about 40 cents or something. After faxing 2 pages of information, the price came to over 5 dollars! You don’t realize you’re paying that because it requires you to use a credit card instead of paper money. I saw the bill after I went online to see my statements.
Then I wanted to scan my DD Form 214 but they said they can’t scan «certificates». What a complete waste if time and energy.

Ally’s good but not at printer center because they didn’t do the font what we wanted for label. They did what they wanted because they don’t care what we wanted. Ugh!!! Wasting our money

Really like this Staples, the staff was really helpful. They had everything I needed and they appeared to be fully stocked. Could be because of the back to school rush.

ARE YOU SERIOUS… We went in to fax 5 pages & the total was going to be $ 10.09, because it was out of state… NH… like really? The charge staples incurs I cant imagine is much more because It went 1 mile over the border… But you charge me $ 2 a sheet… are you kidding me…
We turned around & walked right out & the rep at the Print/​Counter was RUDE!!! When I asked her if it was REALLY that much she was like, «THe prices are right there»… Ok I get it, I just couldnt believe they were correct!
