This place is amazing they have great customer service and great attention to detail. The staff are always willing to get you the most for your buck and they walk you through all the different options you have for phones and services. I have gone to several stores in the area and by far have gotten the best service here.

The staff at this store is/​are consistently helpful, effective, and accurate. I have been buying my wireless phones here and having all related service done at this shop for several years and I recommend them to anyone in the area. I never feel pushed to buy a phone that isn’t right for me, and I always get the answers I need. I wish they had later hours during the week — I think they close at 7 p.m. — but they are so efficient and knowledgeable that any visit to the store is extremely satisfying.

The service here is superb. Every time I walk in I am greeted right away with a friendly smile. It feels good to know that the staff here is always ready to assist in whatever issue I may be having.
Cesar is a great employee and his smile is very captivating.
Brittany is such a sweetheart and quick to answer any and all questions.
Whenever it does get busy there is a TV screen which they usually have channels rotating-​always something good on!
Conveniently located in the Beachmont/​Suffolk downs area right in the plaza of revere, you also have the dollar store, a shoe store (forgot the name!), target, Stop & Shop, and a Wendy’s.
So if you ever need to wait a long time you have options of going to these places while you wait.
I choose this store because of their service. I love the way the staff treats their customers, and that says a lot about their business. B

This Verizon Wireless business was recommended to me by a friend, and although it is out of my way I have got my last 3 phones here because of the friendly service and informative information received by the owner and employees And yes as stated it is a Verizon Store. How is this misleading?
