National Lock & Key was recommended by my realtor and I was very happy with their services. I was pleasantly surprised when I emailed the company to inquire about pricing and got a quick response within an hour. The appointment was also set up through email with detailed information of what to expect when the locksmith came to visit. The locksmith contacted me prior to arriving with an estimate of when he would arrive, which fell well within the time frame of the appointment. He arrived on time and initially spent 15 min answering my questions because I was unsure of what work I wanted completed. When I had decided on the work to be done, he walked me through the pricing and gave me an accurate time estimate before he got started. He completed the work on 3 doors within 1 – 1.5h. In addition to doing a great job with new hardware installation and re-​keying the locks, he gave me a lot of good advice for other ways to safeguard my home. Great service and knowledgeable staff, I would strongly recommend National Lock & Key.

I called to get our home locks re-​keyed the same day and was given a two hour appointment window by a friendly customer service tech. The tech called and let me know he could come early which was great. He arrived and finished the job in record time. He was polite, friendly, clean and did a great job. He checked that all the keys worked. When I mentioned that I would need to get extra keys made he said he could make them! I was thrilled. I was able to get extra keys made right at my home without a trip to an extra store and they all worked the first time. I paid the exact price that I was quoted on the phone which was much less than I expected it to be for same day service. The price for the extra keys was very reasonable too. Overall great service and the tech David that came out to our home was fantastic.

We just had them out to rekey 4 locks and 3 garage doors. The tech did a great job and made sure we checked all the locks. Also pointed out some weak spots in the door. Very polite and professional.
When I called to set up the appointment, customer service was very friendly.
I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to others.

I cannot recommend this locksmith company more highly. Their rates were extremely reasonable compared to other places, and they were quick and efficient.
