I’ve lived right down the street from this salon for 15 years and I’ve never gone in because it looks unappealing. I drive out to Sterling because I know there’s a place out there that’s really good.
One day I decided to save myself the drive. $ 30 later wish I had driven to Sterling. I can’t say it’s the worst pedicure I’ve ever received because she didn’t cut my toe, but it was close to the worst.
The girl was constantly answering the phone and helping other customers. The pedicure was very short and not much more than cutting my nails. Complete let down.

I have been going to an a very nice, upscale salon in South Riding for years now. I decided to give to give this salon a try as it is close to work and I needed a pedi/​mani prior to the weekend and this was the only time I was available. I called at 10:00 and they told me I could come in at 11:00. Being picky about where I go, I got there early not knowing what to expect. They took me early and I mentioned to the lady that I needed to be in and out in an hour as I needed to get back to work. Not only did she have me in and out within less than an hour, she did a great job! It does not have the nice, upscale décor I am used to, but I left happy. I would go there again if needed. If you go for a pedi/​mani, you should see Kim!

They always do a nice job, and are usually able to fit you in if you walk in. No complaints here– local and convenient!

TERRIBLE. I’ve tried them 3 times now and am done. First time, I got someone with an attitude problem, answering the phone while doing my nails. much less something was heated up in the microwave that smelled like 20 *sses and I about died from the smell. She didn’t listen at all about what i wanted done with my nails which I made VERY CLEAR, the had an attitude when I had to correct her. After that, it was a series of staff members talking about me in vietnamese, laughing which was the icing on the cake. Since they’re close to my house, I tried them again and got someone else. same thing… horrible job. they don’t paint down to the cuticle. looks horrible… you leave there and it already looks like a week of your nails grown out after just getting them done. I could do better myself. The woman got something in my wet nail and sifted it out, leaving a gaping hole in the center of one nail, which defeats the purpose of paying for a professional manicure. third time, same thing… gel polish lasted a week and the paint job was awful. they don’t care here at this salon… everyone I know whose tried this place hates it so unfortunately, it puts me having to drive to angel nails at fair oaks which says a lot being i live in Reston and wanted the convenience of this place. Oh, and I almost forgot. they press you for checks or cash because they don’t like paying the fee associated with running credit cards. IF YOU DON’T WANT TO OFFER CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS, DON’T…BUT DON’T PRESSURE YOUR CLIENTS TO PAY FOR SERVICES A CERTAIN WAY. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL. No thanks.

Excellent salon, average prices, clean, restful décor. Jenny always tries to be accommodating to your schedule and listens carefully to how you would like your hair to be designed. The shop uses top of the line hair products and have full manicure and pedicure services. A definite salon to go to for up to date services!

I have been having my hair cut here since my neighbor recommended her hairdresser. I had always admired her hair cuts, so she referred me to Nahida and I think she’s wonderful! I never get my nails done or do any other spa services, but Nahida does my hair and does it for a very reasonable price. She is warm, thoughtful, and accomodating to my crazy, last-​minute schedules. I now consider her my friend!

Been coming to them for 15 years for manicures, pedicures and haircut. Prompt, reliable, efficient and reasonable. Above all, they are very accommodating.

My go to nail salon… I have been going here for years… tried many other nail salons in the area and this is still my favorite for regular Mani Pedi and eyebrow wax. All of the women are great!

OK, I attempted to give this place another try because it’s very close to my house and I was pressed for time. I called before I left work to confirm their hours and was told they close at 7:00. I asked for a 6:00 appointment and was told I wouldn’t need one.
I showed up at 5:55 and asked for a manicure only to be told that they were closing early. When I said that I’d called earlier to confirm, the woman said, and I quote, «Too bad for you. We close now.» I guess I should have known better than to try again, but I won’t make the same mistake. I advise you to go elsewhere.
