My wife has been coming here for years and we are very happy with their service. Very nice couple never had a problem.

I really wouldnt give them 1 star but i have no choice here. I came here based on family recommendation. I brought them a sheep skin rug that had a small tear i was to say 12 inches long. I actually asked them if they could sew it back together and they said no nonetheless I still have them clean it. I picked it up a week later and it looked clean. I didnt take it out the bag because (which was stupid of me) but i figured my family yses them and so theg must be good. i then wait 1 week to take it out of the bag only because i was rearranging my room and didnt want it to get dirty. When i take it out of the bag i notice that it is torn all the way to the end. I thought aww man that sucks o well. but after thinking about it, they just let me pag for it and not say a word to me. So today i went to lwt them know their way of business isnt right and i really could careless about the $ 60 but it was the principle that they ruined my rug and just let me pay and leave with it without saying a word. So when i went in i was calm in explaining everything until he started to call me a lair and said it was already like this… i blew up. Do you really think i would go out of my way for 60 damn dollars… get the f**k out of here… i told them if they didnt feel they could take on the responsibility then they shouldnt have taken my rug. Then all of a sudden it was no they are not responsible and he then admits to his fault. Asking if i wanted him to complete the cut… no stupid i want my ONE rug back not TWO! (You can tell i was and still am pissed) Who is the liar now. terrible way of doing business would not recommend them to anyone and as a matter of fact i will be sure to spread the word to my family as they will loose their business too. it reallg wasnt about the money it’s the principle. you want loyal customers yiu beed to b be honest witb them. i really wish i could give negative stars for this.

This is a fantastic and trust worthy, family owned business. They are dedicated to doing a great job and take pride in their customers. My family has been coming here for about 20 years! My husband takes his suits and ties. I highly recommend Village Cleaners!!!
