Wonderful team and fair/​organized business for the most part.
*Although I don’t have the heart to take off stars due to one negative part of their team, I absolutely cannot stand their on duty manager «Diane».
After years of going here, I was told that my valuables (authentic and RARE) weren’t «real»…and why don’t I just «hand it out to my friends»…
My items ARE authentic and many would call that defamation of character and slander. I do not do shady business and am very offended by your uneducated and unprofessional opinion.
Why don’t YOU hand out your valuable inventory to your friends? Stupid!

I have been buying from them for years. I’ve pawned several items over the last 3 years as well. They always have items on sale. Twice a, year they have a bug event to sell excess inventory at huge savings. My favorite ring was designed by Doug, diamond and sapphire. This is the place to go and trust in this industry. I can not say enough, the owners and employees are great. I’ll be there tomorrow to get one of my rings out. Go, look, ask questions.

Had a bad experience with them. Went to pawn my computer. Nothing great came out of it. The lady who helped me gave some absurd price. Then the owner came to help I think her name was Diana. She was weird, kept asking paranoid like questions and just seemed very frustrated. I didn’t feel trustworthy of these people. GO ELSE WHERE.

I must have passed by this place a million times but never had a reason to walk in. I was looking for a guitar amp for my daughter and thought perhaps I could find one there. The staff was very curtious, knowledgeable and I was able to find a good amp for a good price. I have no complaints what so ever.

Dropped in to get a present for my Mom, and was impressed at the amount of jewelry on display. They were having a 50% off sale in the island display, so I checked that out first. Great pricing, but I didn’t see anything for her, so salesperson Gloria took us over to another display where we found something appropriate. She was professional, attentive, engaged and talkative. We didn’t feel like we were intruding on her day as with many other places.
We’d mentioned that the upper price point we wanted was $ 100, but she found something a lot lower, still at 50% off! Her knowledge of jewelry and store stock was impressive, and we couldn’t be happier!

They have large jewelry displays and many more items in the back not on display. I went here to purchase an engagement ring after looking any many high and low end retail shops and I was able to pick through many more different band styles and the find the right clarity, color, cut, and carat weight of the diamond. After it was all said and done I purchased a ring that would have cost $ 10k — $ 12k at retail stores for less than $ 5k.

Don’t be deceived by the catagory of this business. It is a pawn shop. A pretty good one at that. I found this place because I was looking for a pre-​owned firearm, and back in the day, they used to buy and sell them! Alas, no longer.
They have millions of dollars worth of jewelry in the display cases, which include diamond rings, pearl necklaces, gold, silver, and platinum. They also sell random DVDs, musical equipment, and hunters’ knives.
As a force of habit I like to check their selection of mens’ watches. It can be hit or miss. They tend to carry Rolex, Seiko, and a lot of Invictica. But I have only bought musical instruments from here, although if I find a lucky lady, her ring will come straight out of a pawn shop. They are beautiful!!!
While haggling I have come to realize that these guys pay a lot for some of their products, and have a smaller profit margin than one would think. In other words, they bought a beautiful classical guitar for $ 90 bucks, and sold it to me for $ 100 (score for me!!). The case alone is worth $ 50…
These guys are great about their layaway policy. For those of us trying to rebuild our credit, layaway is the thing to do! Trust me, there’s nothing like anticipation to truly appreciate your «purchase».
All of their products are guaranteed. I haven’t had any problems with anything I’ve bought here. They will also send you special invitations and coupons in the mail. It’s kind of odd, but I can dig.
And finally, the staff is cool. There’s young guys, a couple pretty girls, some gents, and mature ladies all ready to help you buy or sell something. Good times at this pawn shop… Except they don’t really carry electronics.
