Everything the reviews say is TRUE!!! I had an issue with my copier, called and he helped me fix it over the phone!!! I will NEVER call anyone else!

Mike was amazing! He was so helpful, and he answered my call/​text right away. My printer wasn’t that expensive, so fixing it would have cost more than what I paid for. Mike gave me options for other printers, and he still helped me out even though I wasn’t a paying customer. Definetely recommend him!

Have been partnered with On Line for almost 20 years. Do not know what we would do without them. They offer quality products at a great price. Mike is an honest guy who shows up on time with the right product the first time. If we run out of toner or have a problem with our equipment, Mike is there right away to make sure we have little to no downtime. We could not recommend this company and it’s people highly enough. I was just looking for random printer repair and i found this. Its just amazing that he checks up or diagnose the problem of the printer for free. We didnt get our printer fix since the problem was too sever but not only he didnt charge me, he also helped us look for a replacement of our printer since the repair will cost more than price of the printer itself. He is very practical and reasonable.
You guys need to check him, hes not only doing it for business but he tries to help people genuinely.

Great customer service and super quick response. Low cost repair on our printer and replaced laser cartridge on our other one. They were honest and friendly and I highly recommend them.

Our office’s Dell 3000 printer had a jam that I could not fix. The ink cartridge was impossible to input and I was getting so frustrated just thinking about trying to put it in for the 50^th time. I probably spent an hour or more trying to get it all out. No luck.
I did a quick Google search and found a few repair places in the area. I then check these on Unilocal and saw OnLine Laser Services was rated very well. I called Mike and he said that he will stop by tomorrow to check out what the problem was and rest assured… he was here on time!
He knew right away how to fix it and was done in minutes. He cleaned the machine and had it ready to use in no time. No parts were needed and no trying to sell us anything else (toner, deep cleaning, or «this might break soon better fix it now» tactics I was afraid of). In fact he even showed me how to best clear jams and take care of the printer.
These guys know their stuff. If we ever need another repair done, no question they get the call. We’ll probably even buy toner from them in the future. I like to support small shops with professionals who take pride in what they do and offer great service. It might cost more for toner, but they offer far more value with their advice and help they provide over the phone. Those are the kinds of businesses that help our keep working and saving money in the long run.

Can you give someone 4 stars for not charging enough? Maybe one of the most honest business men i have ever ran into. I will be using him for any printer need that we have. Honest, fair, timely and did i say honest? Would recommend him to anyone! He came out and didn’t nickle and dime us. Was honest on what he could do and what he couldn’t do.

All I can say is that the service I received today by Mike made me finally make a Unilocal account and write this review. I have been struggling with fixing my printer, and finally i gave in and called in for help. it turned out to be a very simple fix and my printer worked great again. I can’t thank them enough!

This place is amazing! I just called in and he told me that he cannot fix my printer, but he told me what the problem is (paper separation pad) and where to get it. I got it and now my printer works perfectly! Highly recommended! Thank you!

So, I called just right now because I had a Xerox All-​in-​one that is having a power problem. The guy was so nice and even thought they weren’t able to service Xerox (he said he was unable to get parts) he gave me some troubleshooting tips and great advice that would save me some $$. It’s so nice to get help from someone over the phone instead of the standard «no we don’t fix that» *hangup*
