The place has a full-​time cleaning attendant, which is great, but parking is a pain. Tiny parking lot, but there are a few spots in the back alley. I’d recommend it.

Very BIG, nice, clean, and WELL maintained! Even when it is busy… there are plenty of folding tables available.

I live right down the street. This place is clean, theres wifi, and a bathroom. 711 right next door. Best 24hr laundry ive been to!

Let me just start off by saying Tony the manager is very helpful. All of my questions about the wash and fold service were answered. When I don’t have time to do laundry I have them do it. The wash and fold service is 99 cents a pound. Seems expensive but when I work from 4am to 6pm and don’t have an ounce of energy to wash and fold clothes I come here.

Convenient, spacious, clean, new machines, and friendly staff. Jumbo machines that can wash up to 8 loads at once!

The dryer and washers wash my clothes and get stains out. Tony and Mike always hand me toilet paper if I have to use the restroom at joy land lol! I enjoy taking my laundry there cause the place is always super clean. I give them five stars.

This place is awesome. It’s clean, lots of washers and dryers open (went on a Sunday afternoon). The machines are newer, and a staff member was there wiping down everything consistently. Lots of cameras, open 24 hrs a day, I will be using this laundromat from now on.

Very friendly and clean. I prefer this place over my apartment buildings laundry room.

It only took a quick search for a 24hr laundry mat to find one that fits my busy schedule… first time coming here and probably be longtime customer at least till I’m done with college… 5min from CSUN

My first time using a laundromat, so i was kind of confused on how to use the washer. I asked the attendant and he was very helpful. It is a big laundry with lots of washers and dryers. Also, the place is kept very clean. My overall experience was positive and will return with my dirty loads soon! And to the attendance: Thank you for teaching me how to use a commercial washer, and thank you for your excellent customer service!

I enjoy coming to this place. The atmosphere is welcoming. It is super clean and the management takes pride in keeping the place immaculate. I now use their fluff and fold service and they take really good care of my clothes. It saves me a lot of time using this service.

They are a bit pricey here. The benefits are: 24 hour operations, next to two 24 hour places (7 – 11 & Dennys), television screens, and they have plenty of machines.

The machines are good and have different sizes. But if you want to get a drink or maybe a snack either bring your own or buy elsewhere. One machine took my money and the other gave me an expired drink. I asked the attendant if I could get my money back and she said no so there goes $ 3.50

So, the good, bad, and ugly…
The ugly: parking! Not their fault but the lot is extremely small. Best to come beginning of the week and avoid it on the weekends, place gets PACKED!
The Bad: just like the parking lot, inside is packed with customers, but there always seems to be an available machine
The Good: Tony, the manager, seems like a genuinely nice guy! He was very helpful when I had a question. They do offer a wash and fold service for $ 0.99/lb.
Why the Five stars: although this place may not have 5 star customers, their customer service is what sets them above the rest! Thank you Tony! Awesome Customer service is not dead! Highly recommend this place to my fellow Unilocalers and friends!

Away from home it’s rare to find a laundromat like this one. First… one of the owners, Tony, greeted me upon entry, a genuine nice man. Second… The place is large with modern machines and very well kept and clean. It’s open 24 hours. Third… This owner stresses providing satisfied, happy customers when they leave!

It has certainly been a ‘joy’ bringing my dirty laundry to this place! The owner keeps this joint up & running, always cleaning up, machines and dryers run efficiently and powerfully, lots of folding space, vending machines and stand sell laundry products for a very affordable price, and of course, everything is coin operated (there are coin machines inside, the max you can get for quarter change is a $ 20 bill).
My fiancé and I washed/​dried six HEAVY loads for less than 25 bucks. We’ll definitely try avoiding that mass from building again, though.
FYI parking is okay, the owner is so friendly he literally goes out into the lot to try to fixate spacing for his customers. There’s also a ⁷⁄₁₁ next door in case you get hungry/​thirsty/​bored during wait-​time.

So I recently moved a mile away and I was looking for a good laundry mat. I found this one Unilocal.We don’t cable yet at our place. My boyfriend was also looking somewhere to watch the mets game. We asked the owner and he found the game for him! This place is really clean and there is a 7 – 11 next door to grab something to eat. This is my go to spot for doing laundry!

Honestly this place is amazing! Open for all people with dirty clothes of course. Not expensive, always a clean environment don’t forget to mention the staff there is very helpful. You have a question they would most definitely help you. He helped me multiple of times.
Ohhh and if you work late and need to get laundry done also open for 24 hours not many places are open for that long, which is incredible. Oh and free WiFi there to if you don’t want to use to much of your bill. Hahahha great place to wash! Yall should try it.

Probably one of the best coin laundries in the valley. Always clean and the owner is super friendly. They are open 24 hours and operate using coins. I know it’s a «coin laundry», but most laundry places don’t even use coins, instead they use those cards that you have to fill up.
Overall a good place and nice environment for being on the south side of Reseda. Machines are always kept clean, definitely recommended.

You know what? I’ve been to laundromats all over the world at one time or another, and I’m pretty impressed with Joy Land!
Clean. New machines, tons of them, the people who work here are helpful, friendly, and always on the move cleaning the floor and wiping down all the machines. (A VERY GOOD thing in my opinion).
Free wifi, multiple TVs, large sized and decent detergents and softeners if you run out, and LOW prices on the loads.
I had some plumbing issues at home today and couldn’t use my own washer, and since I just moved here I hadn’t found a laundromat… this one is a winner!
If you need one, this one is worth a trip to.
Tips:
Tons of big dryers, too.
Small parking lot, but there is street parking out front.
7 – 11 just next door and a Denny’s across the street in case you need coffee & snacks while you wait.
Heck, there’s a jiffy lube across the street, too– you could get your oil changed and not worry about the small parking lot while you wash & dry.
And if that’s not enough fun for you, there’s a car wash on the other corner!
How’s that for ticking off the to do list all at once!
