The worst medical place I’ve ever been to. It’s dirty, the nurses don’t know what they’re doing, long wait times, and did I mention dirty? This place should be demolished and something else should be built here. If you have a choice DO NOT GO HERE!!!

Too bad I can’t give 0 stars. I guess the poor MA students that run this place deserve a star (really! everyone except about 2 or 3 people in here are students!). Waiting and waiting and then some more waiting are what’s done here. I’ve been in the lobby for almost 4 hours (I know I’m an idiot for staying this long but attorney said I have to). Dirty old place, all the other negative reviews here are 100% correct. I work at an Urgent Care and have worked with literally dozens of different doctors but this dr pietruzka is by FAR the worst ever.

Super unprofessional. Do yourself a favor and stay away. As a first time patient, I came here at 8:30 in the morning to make sure I would be first in line. The office opened at 9:00 and the doctor came in at 9:30. Even though I was the first patient in line, I was let into the office at 10:30. The nurse took some measurements and sat me in a room. It’s 12:15 PM and the doctor still hasn’t came into my room and no one else has even checked on me once. The doctor is seen walking around the office aimlessly talking on the phone and not attending any patients. A 4-​hour wait is definitely not professional or courteous. I’m highly dissapointed with their service and will not be coming back here again.

This was one of the most frustrating experiences of «Care» I’ve ever received. My lawyer referred me here. My appointment was at 12:30, I didn’t get sent to a room for 2 ½ hours past my appointment, first the nurse led me into one room where she took my temperature and blood pleasure, then she moved me to a different room to wait for the doctor for another 20 minutes. My pain level was so bad that I ended up in tears. The X-​ray tech is the only redeeming person in the whole establishment. He noticed my pain and uncomforted and did his best to help things along. The doctor when he finally did come and see me barely looked at me, Did his notes on a tape recorder where he labled me as «Patient, Obese Female» he asked a couple questions, ordered some x-​rays (again this guy was great and the only reason the place gets two stars) After those were done he barely examined me, made snide remarks about the state of my spine and prescribed me some pills and physical therapy. During our time together he took two phone calls that were lengthy and allowed multiple interruption from staff. When I returned the next day for said physical therapy this entailed lying on a very uncomfortable table that was like one of those shi-​atsu chairs but a table it pressed roughly into my spine for 20 minutes or so. At the end of that torture they gave me a hot pad. That was my therapy. Nothing was done to address my shoulder or neck pain which was why I was there in the first place and after the «therapy» my mid and lower back hurt. The X-​ray tech was awesome… everyone else highly unorganized and uncaring. The facility itself is dingy and run down and doesn’t look very clean.

Dr P is an extremely knowledgable, kind and wonderful physician who always takes the time to care about the health, needs and concerns of all his patients… the staff is very nice and and a pleasure to talk to. The wait can be long but it is worth the wait knowing that you are in very good trusting hands with everyone at del Carmen medical center.

I had a 10 panel drug screen for my school externship. I waited 45 minutes to be called back, they checked my vitals & weight then put me in an exam room. I waited for another 15 minutes until I couldn’t hold my bladder any more. I asked if I could take my test already, they gave me my specimen cup. I returned the cup and asked when they would fax the results to my school. They said today no later than tomorrow. It’s 11 days later and I’m still waiting. I’m going to call when they open today and find out what’s going on. Small details, giant cockroach in the bathroom, smelly waiting room, it smells terrible everywhere there really. Everything is dirty and rundown. Seems very unorganized, the doctor’s corner office looks like an episode of hoarders. I was horrified when I saw the stacks and stacks of papers and books. Disgusting!

In my opinion, this isn’t a place for patients, it’s mostly for nurse in training. I was here from 12:00 pm, finally got called at 12:50 pm and the nurse checked my blood pressure, weight, and temperature. She seems depressed or sad to be here, service isn’t friendly here. I’m in a room which looks like a OB GYN exam room, and I’m not here for anything related to that, and I’m waiting for the doctor… so far I’ve been waiting on him for about an hour and still a no show. The place is disgusting and furnitures are falling off or missing pieces or both. Saw a big dead cockroach in a room. Rooms doesn’t seem to be clean or sanitized enough. This place is seriously a joke and should be shut down! Sadly I didn’t see the reviews before I put him on my primary care. Believe all the bad reviews about this place cause it is true. Don’t come here unless you want to wait half a day in a dirty disgusting area. You’re better off at a ER, that’s how bad this place is!!! By the way, it’s 2:23pm and I left!

I give it one star because they know how to turn the lights on. Very unprofessional staff, talking about what law suit the doctor is involved in. Waited over 1 hour not to get seen. they said if I am in a hurry wait in front of the door so the doctor knows I am in a hurry. had to come back a second day right when the doors opened and still wanted over an hour and still No doctor. I have never even met the doctor. Changing him from my insurance today.

The worst medical place ever. Only one doctor and all the nurses are students in training at first real world job. Takes forever to be seen by the doctor and the nurses take their time doing everything. The administration person (because there is only one) has attiude and takes her time. Seems like everyone there is lazy and dosent care about the patients except the doctor. Wish I could give it only ¼ star. The worst

Don’t go here! Waited to 2 hrs and ended up walking out because I got tired of waiting and I was in too much pain!!! As I was walking out the doctor said «give me 5 minutes» my father told him that we have been waiting for 2 hrs and the doctor reply by saying «I just heard that you were here 5 minutes ago. Look I’m doing you a favor so just give me 5 minutes» Doing me a favor!!! Yeah right, I’m doing the doctor a favor by giving him business. Also we asked to get all of out info back and the doctor to the staff not to give us our paperwork and slam the door in my father’s face.
Don’t go!!! The doctor and the staff are rude an unorganized! Go to another place to get help! Beside the place is dirty and so damn old!

Have been here for 4 hours! Only one doctor nd he takes 4 ever! We were second oatient when we got here at 1 and its now 4:27 and still waiting! Nice doctor horrrible place. Ghetto AF & very unorganized! $ 80 CONSULTATION SO A WASTE OF YOUR MONEY!

This place is horrible, they are so unorganized and they don’t seem to really care for their patients. Waited 3 fucken hours! !!! Shhhh
