Carniceria Corona market is a small marketplace located on Sherman Way and Etiwanda. They have parking space in the back of the market and its usually easy to find a parking spot. Here they sell your basic grocery items like meat, vegetables, fruit, and a selection of beverages. Its not only a market but it is also a restaurant where they sell Mexican food but are mainly known for there tacos. Its a family owned market so the same people have been working there for years. When I walked in to Carniceria Corona Market the first thing I saw was the cashiers and they welcomed me. In the front of the store they mostly have a variety of chips, cold beverages and a place for people to seat and enjoy their meal. In the side of the store they have the meat where they cut the meat, ham and cheese any way you ask for it. There they also have the vegetables and fruits around the same area and most of the time they are fresh but occasionally they aren’t the best. The benefit about the market being small is that its easy to find what you are looking for. Most of the things sold in Carniceria Corona Market are Mexican products. Throughout the market there are distinct smells in each part of the market. The first thing I smelled when i walked in was Lavender Fabuloso. When I walked in I could also smell the asada tacos that smelled so delicious. As I continued to walk toward the meat section I could smell the raw meat. The smell of the meat was strong and it made the whole section of the market smell like it. While I was visiting Carniceria Corona Market I heard the cashiers talked to all the guest and asked them about there day. I could also hear the background music they were playing which was mostly cumbers. Where they have the dinning section they have a big T. V and all I heard was«GOAL!!!» which was annoying at some point since I am not a big soccer fan. The market looks very clean because it looks like freshly swept. It is also well organized because everything is in its spot. This little market is a places where you can definitely buy your meat for your next carne asada. In the restaurant portion of this market you can find tacos, tortas, quesadillas, and menudo on the weekend. Its a family market so the employees try to socialize with you and eventually they being to recognize you. I do recommend going to this market since they are organized and friendly. The only negative thing about this place is how they dont have a lot of products.

I highly recommend Carniceria Corona for catering tacos. We had a Labor day party and had them cater for 50 people. We were pleased in every way. They were reasonable, the tacos were delicious and the two men who catered were very courteous and friendly. They set up the food and cleaned. It made having a party so much easier.

Phenomenal catering! Can’t rave about it enough. Great quality Mexican food, professional, easy to book for any party size, from 20 ppl to 150. They take care of everything, even clean up. You can enjoy your party and leave food in their hands.

This place has best little restaurant inside the market/store. If you want great tasting authentic mexican fare, definitely give them a shot. They also are the best catering deal in town, if you are having a party, give Beto a call. Be sure to hit him up at least a month ahead of time because they only cater 3 or 4 parties a weekend and it always fills up fast.
