BH Kruper Renovation

I purchased windows from BH cruper renovation couple months ago. since day one I called the company and I ask for service I spoke with the sales representative few time and she told me that they are very busy at this moment and they will get back to me at the beginning of the year I’m still waiting but there is no phone calls and no messages from them I’m really disappointed and I am not recommend to deal with them. specially when you’re purchasing Windows you have to remember that service is number one. i will wait few days and then I’ll call SIVAN windows for service.

The prices are not itemized, it’s just pulled from thin air. The installation is of poor quality, which requires more follow up for them to ignore. Really not worth the money nor time.

This company did not give us an itemized quote but just threw out a ballpark quote… I just didn’t feel like we received the information that we needed or the respect…

WARNING! Absolutely AWFUL company with poor quality products and terrible craftsmanship. Francisco is horrible to work with. He is dishonest, does not follow up, never sends a bill and then claims you are unwilling to pay for work. He will not let you speak with a manager, which is ridiculous and a huge red flag. They are a very dishonest company and I regret ever doing business with them. STAY FAR AWAY!

The contractor for our bathroom renovation recommended BH Kruper to install french doors into our living room. Unfortunately, we assumed they were a reputable company based on his recommendation. We were required to pay the $ 2,000 total price up front before they would make the doors. It took over 2 months to get the doors, and they showed up to install them without any handles. The sales person had even asked us which specific handles we wanted. The doors are not hung evenly, and we’ve called numerous times to have someone come out to put in handles and adjust the doors. We are now having our very reliable and reputable handyman come out to do the work that BH Kruper is not willing to finish. I strongly recommend that you do not use this company.

This is NOT a reputable nor honest company. Buyer definitely beware. It’s true, they do sell windows. However, what they quote you versus what they intend to deliver to you are far different things. I was lucky enough to find this out before I actually gave them any money. Plus, they were not forthcoming when I caught them in their «mistakes».

I bought a groupon for $ 500 worth of windows or shutters. There were no stipulations on using it the groupon. When I finally spoke to someone (they took my name and number and didn’t call back), I gave them my window dimensions and explained what I needed. The price for 3 shutters was really high. So I thought I’d only get 2… but they told me unless I spent a certain amount of money, the groupon could not be used… but they would offer me 20% off, and I could save the Groupon.
I got a groupon refund. I’ll take my business elsewhere.
