I am a constant returning costumer for many reason. However the most important reason, is the exceptional service my loved one and I continually get from Jacinto. Makes hands down the best margaritas I have ever had. Plus he makes serving others very personal. It’s as if I’m being served by a family member(no discounts or anything like that). Just makes it so you never want to leave. The food is exceptional except when I come in within the last hour of close. I myself work in a kitchen so I understand that when someone comes in the last hour of close that puts you behind on the closing duties. However there is no reason to gripe about it loud enough for the costumers to hear. That is simply unprofessional and immature. I still will be found at Toreros and a weekly basis.

Just had my birthday here and the service was top notch, it always is pretty good even when there a lot people. The atmosphere is very chill and laid back and very good for parties, you can make reservations ahead of time. the food is excellent and has very good portions. I would recommend the chicken enchiladas as i’ve gotten that dish multiple times and have never been disappointed. Torero’s is great restaurant for a Friday night out. Also they have damn good drinks.

Words cannot explain how deeply disappointed I am! Worst Mexican food ever! The food had no taste at all! My friend ordered a dish which she only took two bites of because it was so disgusting. When the waiter asked if the food was good she said it was nasty and she didn’t like it. Usually when you go to a restaurant and you don’t like the food and you leave all of it they don’t charge you for it. Well these idiots charged for it. Gosh I am just so mad that I spend $ 45 on two disgusting dishes! My refried beans were burnt. Waiter never came to refill the soda, when we asked for a refill he gave us attitude. The staff here is completely clueless. The staff wasn’t rude nor nice. Just not a welcoming environment. The only good thing was the free chips and salsa. Never ever ever returning!

My family has been going to Toreros for about 15 years. Everything on the menu is delicious. I wish I knew how they got their chicken to be so tender and flavorful! We always get a container of salsa to go; it is the perfect balance of spice and taste. I recommend the chicken burrito and the super nachos. The staff here are very friendly and we always look forward to stopping in. I highly recommend this place to anyone wanting some delicious Mexican.

My favorite Mexican place. The food is fanastic and they have tons of TVs so you can always catch a Seahawks game! Love the wait staff, they are very attentive and kind. I’ve eaten here with large groups(15+) on several occasions and they’ve done a great job taking care of everyone in a timely fashion.

Just stopped by for a quick late meal but walked in to an empty restaurant with no host to greet us. Waited a couple minutes to only hear and see all the waiters/waitresses laughing in the back and what it looked like eating their own food. No one acknowledged us so we left disappointed and hungry. Off to the next restaurant where hopefully we get better service. Won’t be coming back here any time soon.

One time I came here with my best friend and we each ordered a taco salad. Taco salad offers guacamole for $ 1.50, her and I wanted the guacamole but just preferred it on the side. When the bill came we were each charged $ 4.50 for guacamole. When we inquired to the waitress about what happened, she states that«a side of guacamole is $ 4.50». My friend asked for a menu and pointed out that since we ordered the taco salad, we wanted the guacamole add-on that comes with that dish and it is only $ 1.50. The waitress proceeded to attempt to yank the menu out of my friends hand who wasn’t done explaining her part yet in the first place and then physically fought with her over the menu, yanking it repeatedly trying to rip it from her hands. When she finally got it from her she pointed out the«sides» section where«a SIDE of guacamole is $ 4.50». After continuing to be rude and argue with us for some time, she walked away rudely and we weren’t sure what was going on at that point. We refused to pay $ 9.00 for guacamole, and she eventually changed the bill for us. I have never been disrespected like this or treated like this by anyone working before. Went yesterday night, ordered two drinks and an appetizer: paid over 30 bucks. Id rather just go to bahama breeze happy hour, hell no lol.

we went in because we saw on their website that they offer 25% off for birthday guests. When we asked the waiter about it, he didn’t want to honor it, saying he’s never seen that before and that his manager wasn’t there.(You can pull up their website and find this easily). I had to physically pull up the site on my phone and show it to him, and after several seconds of contemplation, he changed his mind with hesitation, saying he could make an exception this one time. I’ve never been to a restaurant that has done this before. In the middle of our meal we could hear employees cursing very loudly in the kitchen, which was kind of uncomfortable. Other than that, food was great, service was quick, waiters/waitresses were kind, constantly had water being refilled, and they sang to my mother and gave her free ice cream. Had our waiter not tried to deny their policy, they would have received 5 stars. Will try their other location next time

The dinner we had here was such a disappointment. We love the landing location and thought this would be as great. Not so. To start off the chips that were delivered were not fresh, almost to the point of being stale. The meals that we get at the landing were very poor as well. The flavors were not the same, much more greasy. The rice was hard and dry and the beans on the plate were dried out. The waiter was non-existent and barely spoke to us, other than to get our order. The staff didn’t seem to care. We will never return to this location. Very sad that it has the Terreros name on the sign as its a very poor representation of the landing location.

I went there for the first time last week, while the food was okay I had an unpleasant experience with one of the staff members. He was very creepy and continually hit on me while I was trying to have a meal with my father. He was very intrusive and rude though out our meal. Not okay!

They have issues with debit cards. I ordered my food to go I went using my debit card. They swipe it twice they said it declined. They came to me asking for another card. I told them that’s my only card. They said its declined. I told them I will be back I walked over to my bank. It was in the same parking lot. I asked my bank about my card. They checked my account they said nothing is wrong you have money. The teller also said that Toreros need to update their machines. I withdraw money to pay for meal. They still had it waiting for me. I told them what the bank said. They gave me my food when I got home to eat it it was soggy. They need to upgrade their machines debit cards today have a chip in it and has to swiped a certain way. I’m not going back there again. I’ll stick with Toco Bell.

Food: decent, service good and venue old and dated. Recommend the Landing Torreros which is a whole star if not better … Oh and margarita was not drinkable ewe

Torero’s food was very good and the atmosphere had an old school feel about it. While the décor was dated, the food is much better than a lot of trendier places.

Not the best, not the worst. I think the best part was the free chips. They were thin and warm, and lovely. The chimichanga was just shredded beef inside a soggy tortilla. Some shredded lettuce and red sauce on top. The nachos were a pile of beans, chicken cheese and soggy chips. The quesadilla was a tortilla with chicken and cheese. I could have made all three of these things at home, without the soggy mess. The people who work there were nice enough. I don’t think that will be enough to make me want to come back though.

This is it. This is the only Mexican Restaurant we go to. The Carne Asada is the BEST I have ever tasted! The service is always amazing. Richard, Hacinto and the rest of the crew are friendly, fast and make us feel like part of the family every time we go there and we go there weekly at least. Sign up for the coupons and you’ll get ½ off or free meals every few trips so that’s definitely a plus. The tortillas? Don’t get me started, always fresh and fluffy. Can definitely become an addiction. I also love the tortilla soup, spinach tamales and tacos al pastor. Word to the wise if you can handle your Mexican food ask for some deep fried jalapeños to top off the meal and you’ll feast like royalty.

We stopped in here the other day while getting our taxes done. We have been to the one in the landing so we thought this would be just as delicious. Well, we were greeted very friendly and seated fast. After five minutes we finally were greeted by our server, 5 more minutes later we got our drinks, chips and salsa. Our server didn’t return for a good 10 minutes, we have a two year old and he started to get grumpy because he was hungry! We finally ordered and the food was decent. We’re from San Diego Mexican food is in our blood so I know what I’m talking about. All in all the food was decent and the derive was decent nothing fancy. We will return, but to the one in the landing.

We have been coming here now for close to twenty years. Torero’s has earned my business many times over. I travel extensively, including into Mexico, the Mexican food at Torero’s is the best I have come across anywhere including Puerto Vallarta, Guadalajara or Los Cabos. I’ve never had a bad meal here-ever! The portions are huge. The chips are always warm, the salsa delicious and they are generous with the refills. The Carne Asada is thin sliced and marinaded to perfection! Savory Pork Carnitas are wonderful. Burrito Fajitas are my current favorite. I don’t think you can go wrong here. Many of the staff have been very long time employees. For example we’ve watched two brothers grow up over the years working alongside their father. Without exception the staff are knowledgeable, kind, polite and attentive. If you don’t know what you want ask the staff and they will set you up! There are two dining rooms, one quieter the other surrounded by large TV screens. For a GREAT cultural experience swing by here when the World Cup Soccer tournament is in full swing and Mexico is playing. Torero’s is a winner!
