Steve Oakes – Country Financial Representative

I have had my insurance (Auto/​home) with Steve Oakes for over 7 years. Thankfully I have not had to make any claims with him. So I am unable to provide any experiences with Steven or Country from that view point.
I will tell you that Steve is always a phone call away and he does check in with his clients regularly to schedule reviews. I have called him asking for insurance advice for other friends and he gladly provides his knowledge.
Tthe service, communication, and information has been valuable to me.

We have been with Steve’s office for home and auto insurance for six years. In that time our rates have stayed reasonable and we have had two auto claims that were handled professionally and very well.

I’ve used Steve’s services for over 7 years now and couldn’t be happier! I was with local, big insurance company for 30 years and didn’t think of switching to anybody else. I’m glad I switched because Steve saved me a huge amount of money on the same coverages for my house and cars. More importantly, his friendly, easy-​going manner makes doing business w him a pleasure. I can easily recommend Steve to anybody and I readily do!

I have been using Steve and his team for over 10 years. Steve and Christy are attentive, detailed and very good with follow up. I have also had to use Country’s claim department a couple of times and it has always been a streamlined simple process with no hassles. If you are looking for good quality service with no excuses, Steve and his team are exceptional.

Steve Oakes and his team he is easy going, friendly, not pushy. If you have any question he is quick to respond and gives great service. He has helped us with insurance on our homes, cars, rental properties and I would highly recommend him.

I would highly recommend Steve Oakes to anyone seeking Financial Planning assistance. I had multiple 401Ks over the years that were sitting idle, costing me annual fees and losing money. Steve was able to combine them all into one that is growing already.
What I appreciate most, because I am so busy, was that Steve did most of the work in contacting the companies and getting the information transferred over to my new account with Country Financial. That is a big plus for me because it is so hard to find free time. My life is crazy: traveling all the time, catching planes, attending meetings, etc. It was great to have the help that didn’t pull me from my hectic work day.
Additionally, Steve took time to meet with me at length, find out what my long term financial planning goals were, and then he explained options in a way that I could understand. I was able, with his information, to make some choices about where to put my funds to work toward my financial goals.
His office personnel are very welcoming, and the atmosphere is comfortable.
