Pianomansaint Piano Tuning

I just had my 2^nd tuning on my piano. Saint, as always, came on time. He carefully tuned each string, and the piano sounded so beautiful after the tuning. Even my son commented, «It sounds so different so nice now!» I didn’t mention one pedal that kept making squeak sound, but Saint found out by himself. He also fixed the pedal by applying some lubricant oil. He found out that the left pedal wasn’t connected to anything so it didn’t function as a soft pedal. He promised to fix it in the next tuning.
I told him that I broke a piece of ivory top but didn’t tell him it was the tail. He didn’t bring ivory tails, so he promised that he would mail one to me. Two days later, I received 4 ivory tails in the mail. I am always amazed by his courteous and prompt service. I highly recommend Piano Man Saint. His rate is best I could find in this area, and he produces work of quality.

We just had our piano tuned by Pianoman Saint. Saint was right on time as promised and did a thorough job. The piano sounds great, he also repaired a couple rocker elbows when tuning.
His price was better than fair & he also left me with a punch card for a free tuning after the 5^th tuning. Though he said our piano was in good shape for being played regularly & said he didn’t know if we would ever get to the end of the punch card. Very honest businessman. We will definitely use him again.

Saint took our newly acquired piano, which hadn’t been tuned in too many years to count, and turned it into something I could play without cringing! Very knowledgeable and willing to share that knowledge as well as an amazing pianist! Would highly recommend him!

Saint is a SAINT! Not only did he do an amazing job tuning our piano back in January, but after calling him yesterday regarding a sticky key, he stopped by on his way home to fix it for us today! Since it was a quick, minor adjustment, he didn’t even charge us. That is what you call customer service! Saint is an expert with pianos, and to top it off, he plays beautiful music. I would not hesitate to recommend Saint to anyone. He’s great!

Saint is a saint with pianos. He was right on time with his appointment, popped open our newly acquired 1905 piano and got right to it. Cleaned out the ancient dust, and tuned it to working order. He followed up by playing a beautiful piece that even had my 4 year old son stop to listen. Best price that we could find and also has a referral discount.

Saint was very professional, from the very first time I spoke with him on the phone, and throughout the entire process. He was promptly on time, was a pleasure to conversate with, and most importantly took great care for my piano! I will continue to support Saint’s business as long as I live in the area.
When Saint was finished tuning my piano, he played a beautiful piece that I mentioned I liked. He said he would send it to me. Low and behold, the sheet music arrived in the mail about a week later! I am so impressed with his ability to go above and beyond and follow through on his word, even though he didn’t have to do such a nice gesture.
